One of the most cleanest and brightest restaurants I have been to in a long time.Lots of parking available as well great location for when visiting someone in the hospital as well. Drive thru window service as well if one is unable to sit and relax and enjoy the scenery. Great customer service Washrooms where clean and safe as one has to be let in by an employee. Drink fountain is open for refills if one decides to sit and eat great for people with children. Wheelchair friendly

It was a short pressed visit through the drive threw the high energy of wanting to get a order from me put me in a mind set that I couldn’t focus on what I wanted aside from the outside orders I had to bring back home left me ordering wrong & disappointing others due to my incorrectly ordering. Honestly the attendant meant well but a little less heavy on time frame of thought process and ordering. Common Sence & customer consideration.Food was good

KFC Sherbrook St, Winnipeg charged me 3 different sets of prices for the same item (2pc Chicken) in an intervals of 2 weeks. They reasoned out headquarters decision. KFC Canada, was that accurate? Did you increased your prices 2x in April? It's just a dollar more and cheap, I just want to make sure they're not guessing on the prices.I was first charged 7.50, next visit 8.49 on April 14, then now, April 29, I got charged 9.50. My boy with Special Needs just happens to love KFC, reason why I frequent the place, some days even on a daily basis.I ended up teasing them, hope tomorrow you won't charge me 10.50.

Really bad experience. Stick to the st.james location. This one nickel and dimes. Spent $50 on chicken and taco mix. Asked for only legs and this is the only location that said no. The food packaging lead to messy burritos That were bent and tacos falling apart. Nothing appealing. Tried to use a coupon code and other location always honors but this location. Said no to everything. Might have to go to Sherbrook or St.james only.

Why is this location the only one that seems to figure serving food that should have been thrown out is the best policy? This is the second time I’ve been sold inedible food items from this location. And as I’m trying to call to speak to someone and request a refund no one’s answeringIt’s always the evening staff cutting corners and serving food that is not fresh

Do yourself a favour and never buy any tenders or chicken sandwich from here or anything that’s SUPPOSED TO BE CRISPY, inedible chewy af and NEVER crispy. I bought the famous chicken sandwich from this place and it was horrible, forget about being dry, it was chewy af. Called the store for a refund, they even refused to do that and kept arguing and was trying to explain me that the famous chicken sandwich isn’t supposed to be crispy, really?! Since when do chicken sandwiches are NOT supposed to be crispy. What was baffling was that the person on the phone was trying to explain me that it’s supposed to be soft, what?! This was my 4th time, giving this store a chance and buying smth from here, and yet a horrible experience again, and never have I got proper fries from here. Either they are bland, undercooked, re-fried, unsalted or straight up soggy and trash. I tried ordering in person and from door dash and uber eats, it was horrible all the time.

There is nothing to write for food for a giant fast food chained restaurant. Its the service to talk about. I always order from drive-thru and it seems like they do the bare minimum to take your order and to make it. They never pay heed to the instructions. I always ask for no lettuce and no shredded cheese on items and they ALWAYS MISS. I always get lettuce and cheese no matter what they never listen. It feels like they have hear to those instructions and they outright refuse to follow them or ignore them. Its frustrating that when you have no time and order from drive thru then going in and have you asking them to fix the items is not time- affordable
