Helped me with some printing at first but then for no reason stopped replying. All I asked was how the job was going and its been over 5 days with no reply. I've heard they have trouble with staff turnover but lack of communication is nonconducive to good customer service.

Unbelievably thankful for Todd and his team. We had ordered hats for my fathers memorial service through a different company with a month and a half’s notice. Was told the DAY BEFORE the hats wouldn’t be made in time. I called Todd and his team made our hats for us that day so we could share them with our family.Wonderful business. Thank you all so much again.

I can not begin to describe how pleased I am with this company. Todd is beyond awesome to deal with. They surpass my expectations as a printing company and the customer service from Todd and the receptionist are unmatched. They also came back to us with the best pricing compared to anyone else in town. I refuse to use any other company for our printing and promotional needs. I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars.

Great company to deal with. I am formerly from this industry so I have high expectations of the process as well as the end result. The hoodies we ordered turned out amazing as did the flexfit hats! The embroidery looks amazing and will definitely utilize them for future orders. Thanks to the whole team that worked on our little project.
