Always messes up online orders! The grill never works. No care for vegans / vegetarian - beef piece found fallen in vegetables, did not wipe out the chicken and beef from knife that was used to serve previous customer. Wouldn’t go again!

Subway is good. They got too many new items, hard to keep track of. Sandwich was good, and the sandwich artist was quick, helpful, and kind. The caramel brownie cookie was a little sad, they're usually better. Overall good experience.

I have ordered Crispy Chicken Sub with lots of vegetables and sauces, it was awesome.The order was made and given late but it wasn't staff fault as there were only 2 working and a long queue of customer. I observed stress in them, we should definitely appreciate them for their work. Great job guys... Special thanks to girl worked at 10:30 pm on 19 May.The store was clean and tidy.

Ordered here tonight. Though the worker was nice, we got the wrong cookies, and were missing some. Our subs were made wrong, wrong bread, asked for toasted, wrong ingredients, etc. Wrong drinks, too. They put my name down to get an extra cookie next time I visit. Jokes.I understand they’re busy, but we’ve consistently gotten the wrong orders. We even took a break from ordering, and then tried again. They messed it up. Not happy with paying for items I didn’t get.Edit: Rating when down because we found a hair in our food — in the cookies. How do you even leave a hair in the cookie bag?

I like how you have a wide selection to choose from for subs. Most of the soups are good too. Love the cinnamon buns also (when they have them). My only complaint is that my mother ordered a soup the other day. When asked if a bun or crackers came with it, the cashier said no. I asked if I could buy one of the mini buns (plain) and she said yes, for the price of the mini sandwiches which was close to $5. Come on now, if you're going to offer soup, have a bun to go with it. That's why only 2 stars.

Cleanest subway I have ever been in. Staff were very attentive and made my sandwich exactly how I asked. Very friendly. The food was outstanding, everything was fresh, especially the bread. Staff were also very friendly.

They were very busy, but worked as fast as they could while being short staffed. There were some rude customers, but the staff handled them well and stayed positive. I love getting the new green goddess sandwiches on my lunch break, and still have lots of time to get back to work even when the line up inside is out the door.
