Was never informed my family doctor was retiring. I have gone to this practice since I was born, one of the founding doctors delivered me. Now I'm told they can't email the list of doctors they have that are accepting patients because they don't do email". Hmmm wonder why they could not get any young doctors to join this aging practice. Now I'm left scrambling to find a family doctor for myself and my two young children."

Dr ina Zhou's front desk girl is very rude.Had the worst experience with her and had to change my doctor in middle of treatment due to her nasty attitude. I would not recommend anyone to this doctor.

Dr Major has been my doctor for about 35 years. I think he’s great. He’s straight forward, blunt and honest. I’ve read reviews here and understand the complaints but I appreciate his candor. I don’t want my doctor to beat around the bush and sugar coat stuff for me. Dr Major never does that. He is closing in on retirement and that’s the only reason I’ll change doctors.
