TRUCKERS!!! If you are delivering coils here, DO NOT GO TO RECEIVING DRIVEWAY. They do not tell you this. And once your in the alley, there's nowhere to turn around. You have to go all the way around the building. GO THROUGH SHIPPING DRIVEWAY AROUND BUILDING. You'd think they'd put signs up for drivers that have never been here. Instead I had to go into the wrong driveway to find out. Had there been other trucks on the other side of the alley, I woulda been stuck. They have plenty of signs reminding drivers and employees to wear masks but NOTHING on where to unload. Receiving itself was quick and painless. Offloaded from the side of trailer. Try to stick left as much as possible for forklift. Only reason I gave it 3 stars was lack of direction. Management needs to put signs up for drivers before they turn in wrong driveway and get stuck.

I spend 4.5h to get loaded my appointment was at 8 am.The shipper was very rood and not professional he sed when we call you guys to pick up load is that we play the music and you guys dance.He thinks he owns that place this guy should be Fired.

These people ship everything late. In fact, they schedule their shipping to coincide with a non-stop transit direct to destination, with no time for the truck to stop for a bathroom break or a meal. I was dismayed to leave here with a load, and drive non-stop to Pepsi 5hrs away, only to be told that I was late, and that I could sit in their parking lot until they were good and ready to deal with me.

Take too long to load and can't even afford to give a pen to the drivers to sign the paperwork. Pathetic folks working here.GUYS BRING THEM SOME PENS

They are very good people there you just need to call ahead and make arrangements very simpleThey should know you are going there involve your dispatch team to make arrangements you will never ever have to wait

Guy named Mike (coil receiver) runs around in his own little bubble thinking hes the boss here and literally thinks every driver is a subpar human. very rude and disrespectful. Badly effects the company image when they have such people running around.
