We have visited KidCrew twice now and have had two amazing experiences. They have gotten us in very quickly, the wait time is very minimal when you get there for your appointment, and the staff members are very knowledgeable and kind. During our visit yesterday, a staff member even helped walk myself and my baby back to the car because there had been an intimidating person in the nearby parking garage. They went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful.

Went to Kidcrew as my son was plagued with fever and cough for a week so needed a check-up. The Kidcrew front desk staff were great and courteous. The first doctor we saw on the other hand wasn’t so great. She wasn’t very welcoming and seemed unfriendly. She just asked questions and looked exasperated whenever we answer her questions. Fast forward on our second visit, but with a different doctor — she was great and very friendly towards my son. She answered all our questions very nicely.

Great first time visit. My kid loved that there were activities for her while she waited and asked why her other doctor didn’t have any. Guess she’ll want to keep attending kidscrew. And the wait seems quick when your kid is occupied

We managed to book a same-day appointment on Canada Day! The doctor was friendly and informative. We were seen within five minutes of our scheduled appointment. No long waits in a crowded waiting room! Very happy with our experience.

First time going to Kidscrew Medical, super easy online booking tool and was relieved to know that there were available evening appointments because I wanted to avoid having to go to the Hospital.Dr. Le was amazing and efficient and was able to rule out what was going on with my daughter by suggesting to do a swab test. Unfortunately, she tested positive for Strep, but on a positive note I was able to get our prescription filled the same night so that I could administer the 1st dose of antibiotics.Thank you so much for giving this mom some piece of mind. :)

We recently switched to Kidcrew and it’s been the best decision. Very professional and an overall amazing experience every time we visit. Dr. Aharon Lauterpacht is my daughter’s pediatrician and we are so happy with him. So thorough and ensures we leave feeling reassured. Not to mention he is amazing with her (2 years old) and we finally leave the doctors happy and not crying!Thank you Kidcrew!

This is a long overdue review! Both my children have been patients of Dr. Dina Kulik since they were born, and we couldn’t be happier. She’s incredibly attentive and compassionate; and works with us to address all concerns rather than just talk at us. The clinic itself is amazing - my kids love coming here! - and extremely accommodating. Everything from the efficiency and professionalism of the staff to the convenience of scheduling virtual appointments is nothing short of incredible. It’s a game-changer in child health care, and we’re truly grateful for it!
