Touchless car wash, gets some dirt off but still leaves a decent amount on the car. I tried the Ultimate" car wash to test and I think you would get similar results by just pressure washing it without any soap. Not worth the money."

Me and my family received such a nice service from the gas station. My husband was filling up the gas while me and my daughters were getting snacks from the store and the customer service was so nice. Lougheed Hwy location, i would like to say thank you to Navid for the help and great customer service.

quite literally the worst customer service experience i’ve ever had. i was just off a shift that ended at midnight and i really needed nyquil for my sick partner, as well as gas. i walk up to the box for overnight service and right off the bat the lady working there isn’t even using it properly (she didn’t use the intercom so you could barely hear her). this is how the conversation goes:me: do you have nyquil?her: what?me: nyquilher: what?me: *louder* nyquilher: what’s that?me: medicineher: (without moving from her spot) no we don’tme: are you sure? can you check please?her: nome: why not? i can’t come into the store and look myself because its nighther: we have renovations and most of our stock is goneme: (seeing no renovations in the store at all but rather it looked like a bunch of new stock being placed on already pretty full shelves) i can see into the store, it looks fully stocked on everything else, can you please just checkher: no have a good night. (proceeds to close the box so i can’t even buy gas, i needed to use tap and couldn’t pay at the pump)i had to drive to 3 other gas stations (most closed) and i can’t believe i even made it with how little gas i had. it was so unacceptable, she didn’t even know what product I was talking about so how would she know for sure they don’t have it? it was so lazy and she was the most useless employee i’ve ever encountered, especially in a time of need, i am so livid i probably won’t ever come back here. i hope she sees this and feels bad, honestly.

Your in Coquitlam now so all stations are full serve. That being said it is service with a smile. Had good service inside and out many times even checked the oil and cleaned my window. Wow haven't seen that in many years. The attendant even reminded me about my BCAA card I forgot we can all use the extra 3 cents off a litre.

The person on cash terminal working on June 22,2023 at 3:18pm promoted a free item to me with a purchase of a car wash and after paying I realized my bill was too high. Doubled checked my receipt and they charged me extra for what they said was free so I went back to get that refunded.But here’s the worst part. The cashier was trying to get me to not refund the the extra charge saying “it’s only $1.20”. Clearly he was aware of his actions and they were intentional. This is not how you conduct business.Moral of story: Double check your receipts

Friendly staff in an out if not busy heard that the bank machine goes out from time to tim but overall good place also had a car wash there that is not that bad

I had a very hard day and had to stay on the phone to handle a lot of things at the same time that i needed to fill up my car and i was lucky to find this very nice station attendant called navid who offered to help me. I was already super stressed, but thanks to his help it was manageable and i didn’t get overwhelmed. Nice customer service.
