We asked for a Roadhouse Crispy Chicken Sandwhich and they only heard a Crispy chicken because that's what I got. I just hope my boyfriend didn't pay for the difference and only got this instead??? I'm very disappointed. Please repeat your orders to your customers. It would help a lot. I am going to call and see what they can do. Hopefully I can change my review.

Absolutely horrified!! We got 2 authentic sandwiches and unfortunately I can't post a picture but the lettuce in our sandwiches was turning brown/translucent!! Is it that complicated, worst-case don't put any!! Edit: fries were cold and our 2 different drinks were flat !! What on earth!!

The food is alright but I've never seen a fast food place with service so slow. Even when there's just a few clients it still takes forever.

It's a food place, not a fast one. Regularly takes 15 to 25 minutes to get a burger and I keep falling for it thinking 'it won't be as bad this time'.

I went to this BK multiple times in person and it was good. Now, on uber/skip… another experience. Poorly packed, cold, dry, not the good burgers that you ordered, you order a big fries you receive a medium with no straw either. Am I impressed? Absolutely not and I was ready to get refund by Uber before I even got my order and I was right. Don’t have any expectations, really really cheap but it goes with the salary of these employees… Keep up the good work guys!

I like this BK. Is My option when I'm on the East. They are fast. Food is good at all. Tasty and Big. Cashiers and workers are good un general. Sometimes tables and sit are no clean at all. Clean service can get better but Nice. Cheap prices :)

I run deliveries for uber eats and have ended up coming here to pick up several orders and it's gotten to the point that I thumbs down this restaurant on the app before even walking in because I know that I'll be waiting 15+ minutes for example a couple days ago I waited 22 minutes for 2 burgers and this was past the supper rush and there was 5 other delivery people waiting with me and I asked where the order was, that I had an order for so and so and the employees would just look at me, stare & then look away completely ignoring me, people at the counter as well as the delivery people...soon I'll just not be accepting any orders taking place at this location
