This is the worst customer service in the area, which is not famous for its customer service. Incompetent, rude staff. They have no idea how to get you the stuff that is on display and if asked disappear into the storeroom forever. Possibly the worst possible cashier in the world, arguing with each customer. She seemed to think it is the customer's responsibility to provide her with a bar code that she can scan. The PA system kept asking for someone to help a customer in the outside yard, for over 20 minutes. I suppose they left without buying anything, as we did.A taste of the Soviet Union in the heart of Montreal.

The man with glasses and gray hair working customer service is very rude. I was returning a tape measure and he told me it was my fault that it broke. I told him I didn’t appreciate him assuming I broke it and he doubled down that I broke it. What type of customer service is this? I had bought the tape measure less than 24hrs ago.I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade — this is not the right job for this person. I would have been a regular customer but not if I am going to be treated with misogyny—it’s not worth it.

Wouldn't sell me refillable dish soap because I didn't have the right size container. The clerk refused to do the math with me to sell it on a per ml basis because he doesn't have time for that". No commitment to the environment here

Excellent service, a bit far if you dont live in the area, but its worth the go since they have tools that you cant find in a different hardware store (exclusive tools to this brand)
