Great airport, well managed. For those complaining about it being too close to their homes, maybe you should have done more research beforehand. Or perhaps you move since it’s easier than moving a whole airport

Local residents have every right to complain. Yes, this airport has been here for decades, but the noise has increased exponentially since the flying school moved there a couple of years ago. We were not warned about this move, nor were we consulted about it. It's outrageous - move the flying school to a rural area for crying out loud! One airplane after the other, ALL DAY LONG! People can't even sit outside anymore and have a conversation.

Do you guys HAVE TO have planes taking off every 30 seconds!?!? My god I can’t even sit in my backyard and have a conversation with somebody! Absolutely ridiculous. This runway should be directed NORTH. Not WEST where the majority of the housing is!

Awful noise! Today all day every minute flying school planes over our heads. At about 10:30 am the plain was so low that the floor and my house was shaking. Someone is responsible for this!!! Expect explanation. Can you send info when these schools are practising in our area so we can leave Whitby north!!! We just do not want to be killed one day!

I agree with people complaining about the noise. It is intolerable! People in my neighbourhood have had enough. I never sit outside anymore; it's noise pollution, pure and simple. The flying school should shut down.

Fun to look around and you can go to a tank museum free for veterans 6$ for 12 and younger and 12$ for adult
