I cancelled my Black membership after 3 years and you can thank the pathetic customer service in general and Desiree in particular. Give her an all star for pitiable customer service.3 days back I went in to work out and this girl very rudely told me that membership is in my son's name and I cannot use it. She insnuated that inwas trying to misuse the membership intentionally. I have been paying the bill and I chose to put my son name in as he would be using it more frequently. She said I don't care and to read the contract. I told her legally he cannot even sign the contract as he was a minor in 2021. She said I don't care and if you want to cancel i don't care.Today my son went in with his friend to work out and she complained that I tried to use his membership. Infront of his friend, insinuating that I was trying to misuse. For the record, we have never used the other options of free massage etc at the club. I went in with my son letting this clerk know that i did not appreciate her insinuations. To which she said I dont care and cancel if you want.I asked to speak to manager at which she mocked me and said guess what I am the manager. Pathetic and horrible if this is who you want as your representative.I suggest you retrain your reps and haveDesiree go back to school about basic manners and customer services. Fyi, I signed up at fit4less same deal same price but priceless customer service.Anish

Have recently started going to this gym (2 months now) and I love it! The gym is not huge, but has almost everything you need. Definitely check the app, if any more than 2 bars it’s probably busy. Just plan out your workout and be flexible and you won’t be waiting for any equipment.The staff are wonderful and really keep the gym clean - change rooms as well. I’ve gone to One Health Clubs in Oakville and in my opinion this gym is better! I don’t do classes, so if you prefer organized exercises this gym is not for you.Suggestion for gym owner - is it possible to have some kettle bells and a dumbbell rack in the back ab room? It would immensely help if I didn’t have to run around the gym to grab those. At least some kettle bells!!!

Clean, up-to-date equipment, generally friendly staff. Some TVs were taken off the walls but never replaced. Miss having the TV by the free weights station. Hope it gets replaced soon.Positive atmosphere

Very clean gym, friendly staff. Lots of treadmills and elliptical machines, a few bikes. The equipment is all well cared for, however sometimes if a machine is in need of repair it might be out for a few days to a week. 30 minutes express workout area is great.

Better than I expected! Staff is friendly, prices are good, and machine variety is nice. Only complaint is that there are no free bars, only smith machines.

Staff is great and the gym is always clean. I really wish this location had a PF360 room and kettle bells, TRX bands etc…. This location is a lot smaller than the Mississauga location. There isn’t enough floor space to do work outs freely which is one of the downsides. There’s only dumbbells on one end of the gym which is also a little frustrating . But other than that the place is fine.

Started going to this gym early in the year. It was good for the value, some machines I wished were present are not and it's a little cramped, but was good for the price.Though now (last week of May 2023) the gym is nearly unusable due to the heat. They don't seem to be running the A/C in the summer, only using two large ceiling fans on low. This makes for a miserable/incomplete workout. Hopefully this is temporary, otherwise I'd recommend cancelling membership and/or going to another gym. Will update at later date if anything changes. 1 starEdit last week of June 2023: they have increased the A/c by a fair bit, but it still get pretty warm/muggy when it cycles off 3.5 stars

Employees are really helpful and kind here. They support you like your friend. One of the best gyms considering the employees.

Started at PF today and had a “Design Your Own Program” session with Tim. I haven’t been to the gym in years and he made me feel very welcome, I’m someone who worries about judgement and he proved there was none. I had no idea where to start which is why I booked that session and Tim seriously helped me out and walked me through an easy beginner plan and the gym itself, every machine they had. I greatly appreciate your help, Tim!
