Roxann's Hats

Would be nice if they were open according to the hours listed. I have driven to Fort Langley a few times, and they were closed. Then, when I’m lucky to find them open, they don’t have what I’m looking for, even though they say they’re getting it in shortly.

It's probably the best collection of hats I've seen, given the size of the store. And I hat-shopped in Puerto Vallarta AND Osoyoos! Meghan was very helpful and patient with me and my wife. Even her paid actor - who just happened along and told me my hat looked awesome - was nice, too. She said she didn't hire anyone, but I tell you, if I had a business, I WOULD!! 8-) Funny thing is, the guy turned out to BE an actor. LOL! One caveat; I dropped 235 bucks on a REALLY nice Brixton Panama (Peruvian made) hat. I've wanted a nice straw hat for years. But for that price, I would assume I'd get a decent hat box with it. I did ask, and they must ship them in something. Maybe because they don't have the storage space? I still have a hat box from my ancestor dating back to the turn of the century. Anyway, I did get a plastic form for it, at least. The actor guy said its cheaper than Granville Island too! I was there and I can atest. I'll be back to Roxanne's for a Fall time hat. Maybe I'll get a box for that one?! For the amount of transient globe-trotters and renters in these here parts, everyone should get a box for everything!!!

Great customer service! I visited Roxann's Hats on Sunday after over a year and a half of last visiting the store. I showed the sales rep a photo I took of a hat way back in September 2019 and she help me find one that was so very similar - I didn't think I would be able to find one! Thank you so much for helping me and giving me advice on how to adjust and to care for the hat, after thinking about this hat for such a long time I'm so happy to now own one - couldn't recommend this shop enough!

Have purchased 2 hats from this shop, the quality is fantastic. The owner of the shop is very helpful and pleasant, seems to genuinely want people to find something they will be happy wearing on a regular basis.If you are looking for a specialty and quality hat that will last you, this is the shop.

There was a woman here who gave my mom the rudest stare, totally judgemental, not really sure if she even worked there, but ouch. The hats are great, a little pricy though. Definitely a good local business to support though.

Just FYI for the public..this store has bad return policy.. the sales woman was very nice prior purchasing the item and that of course because she is selling and wants you to buy but I decided to return the item.. she wasn’t happy of returning the item. her attitude completely changed from selling to taking item back. they only have 2 weeks return policy. i have never experienced that type of policy usually 30 day’s return policy.

We happened to walk by the store on Easter weekend and decided to check it out as my spouse and I both need good quality Sun hats for our trip to Hawaii. They had toys at the back of the store that made it easier to entertain our 3 yrs old while the other adult was trying hats.The store was busy as it was a long weekend but the two ladies were very helpful and patient. It was a tough decision, amazing selection!

Came back to the store after a few months as my hat had a defect. The owner was so gracious and offered full replacement. Have bought from Roxanne’s in the past and quality of hats is excellent. This was a one-off but the customer service was excellent.
