Poor quality control and even worse customer service.Purchased a BAZZ door handle from a big box store. Parts were missing, so I called customer service and was told to send an email. After some delays, they finally sent me the missing parts. However, it turns out they sent me the WRONG missing parts even though I requested the exact part # I needed. I ended up returning the whole unit to the retail store for a refund.They definitely need to improve their QC and CS practices.

Lights and switch work well however indicator light on light switch is too bright. Is there a way to disable it? 5 star if you can fix my issue.Thanks for responding hopefully your next version will have an option to turn it off

Buzz lighting equipment is a superior brand to the rest. I have been enjoying my LED lights for sometime. I plan on outfitting my entire home with your products because my electricity bills are significantly dropping.Joseph Rothstein

Purchased some LED pot lights from Bazz 6 years ago and the bulbs finally burnt out. The store I bought them at has recently transitioned from Rona to Lowe's and I couldn't find replacement bulbs. After emailing the company they informed me the model I was looking for no longer existed but recommended lights with the same fitting and wiring harness, they also provided a link to a supplier which shipped them promptly. Great customer service and quality products.

Terrible brand. Lights are trash, dont work properly. Need to use wifi to dim and set color. Always disconnects from wifi and tries to reconnect. Even after contacting tech support there was no solution other then getting replacement, but why replace trash with trash? Installed 14lights for a client who rents out their air bnbs; within one month two pot lights stopped working and kept flickering, in turn my client got terrible reviews on his rental. I will NEVER use bazz ever again even if free. Use a more reputable brand like Sylvania or commercial light.

It was very difficult to connect 2 lights to the wifi.Now I seem unable to assign colors in scenes.The BAZZ app seems to be develop by a third party who cannot provide adequate support for the device.Very disappointed.I will probable return the 2 lights soon…

TOTAL JUNK - Wasted a Saturday morning installing the 3-light fixture in the bathroom only to find the shade" cannot be attached to the fixture. The socket was too short for the ring to secure to it. Took it down and returning to Home Depot tomorrow. BTW
