I gave Charles at C&C Plumbing and Heating a quick call about our stripped shower handle. We bought the wrong sized cartridge to repair it and all he needed was a couple pictures, some info and he came right over.Wore a mask, very polite, worked quickly.Recommend highly.

My wife and I have been working with Charlie for over a decade now and have had plumbing work done at our own home as well as for our rental properties, including toilet and vanity installs as well as pipe and valve repairs. Charlie and his team are a pleasure to work with, great communication, collaborative and the work is always top quality. I needed a plumber to install a new dishwasher and sink/faucet. I contacted two plumbers closest to me, one replied, no too busy, the other didn't reply. Contact CandC who are a bit farther away, they replied right away and called for the specifics. Chris came out that night and set everything up for us. Everything was installed professionally and works great. The were very busy too but replied right away and made time after hours. Great work!

Amazing work, Charles came same day to fix our broken tub knob handle and broken faucet handle, he sure got a handle on the situation quickly wasting no time to start the job, he was completely finished in what seemed like under an hour, he demonstrated the utmost professionalism in his work, armed with only his Timmies coffee and a white cherry gatorade he GOT ER DONE. Thank you again Charles!!!

I had a water pumping problem at the basement. I explained to him regarding the problem. He professionally diagnosed that water pressure tank caused the problem over the phone. He came and checked again on site He replaced water pressure tank to new one even though after work hour !!! I really appreciate his professional service at a good price. Now pump works perfectly fine and even quieter. happy time begins !!! Thank you, Charles again !!!
