Shoppers Drug Mart

Use to deal with another shoppers in Orangeville, was a loyal happy customer for a number of years. Started to get attitude from employees and thought enough is enough.Was going to switch pharmacies all together but thought I would give the shoppers on first Street a shot. From the pharmacy to checkout and everything in between this shoppers is great. The employees make the difference.,, I felt appreciated

Horrible customer service. Went there today to see if they had a chrome book from the flyer in stock. The young girl at the checkout was nice. She found someone that would be able to help us. 2 older employees came over and proceeded to tell me they weren’t sure if they had it and didn’t want to ask the employee who would know because he would get mad at them for bugging him. I had to go to another shoppers in town and received excellent service there. I will never be back at the store on first st.

Went there to pick up a large ticket item which was not available at other stores. When I arrived was greeted very warmly by Linda who I believe is the cashier supervisor. Very helpful even when my optimum app didn't have the offer I was expecting. Explained I had to activate through email I received. Put me in a good mood the rest of the day. Thank you!

The new shoppers location at the Orangeville mall is superb- seriously. Perfect size- not too many groceries because well they ARE beside a big Metro. But the staff here are always nice, including the woman at the post office who is around 5 ft and has shoulder length silver hair- she is a trooper. Seriously, give her a raise for the line ups she has dealt with there! Great to see the mall looking a little bit better as a Orangeville citizen

Linda truly went above and beyond for me today, and this could not have been done without Lauryn and Cody! Thank you again.

Looks like it's time for a new Pharmacy chain in Canada, shoppers is going down hill. Staff is pretty good but the prices are getting crazy... I'm seeing items that are up to double the price of Walmart. .... Cheap snacks gone, cheap drinks, nope... and they seem to have less and less availability for healthcare products ironically enough. All the frivolous items seem to be taking up over half the store and all of the health items those sections are shrinking. It's literally turning into the dollar-Rama of pharmacies.Every time I walk in the door there it's usually just for the post office and the rest of the store reminds me why I don't shop there anymore. Go to Walmart, at least they have selection & in line pricing. Or Rexall.. they have become what Shoppers Drug Mart used to be so I'll probably start going there. Regardless, if you walk in a Shoppers Drug Mart these days there's a 99% chance you're going to leave disappointed. I sure did.

A big shout out to Pharmacist Andro E. at Shoppers. I live in Bolton and all local pharmacies were back ordered on children amoxicilin, I was in dire need. Most locations around Brampton/Vaughan didn't even pick up the phone as it was near close time. Andro answered the call, and after listening to my ordeal, he took it upon himself to transfer the prescription from another location but also called to give me an update all within an hour of closing. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for your customers. Such a great experience.

Terrible experiences. Tried to renew prescriptions on line and one of the pharmacists wouldn't renew a prescription I have been taking for 20 years.didnt tell me and when you call to check they make you wait for 15 mins. Now I get an email stating that 2 of my meds are in progress. But I picked up those yesterday. They like to screw with you and dont seem to care about raising you blood pressure

Excellent service at Post Office during this past festive season. Line up for service was as expected but worth the wait for the individual care & attention to each patron! Very impressed with all staffs patience, caring detailed delivery of service to one and all. In particular one day was Sara Marie kept up with the pace and genuinely served each with quality service rarely seen or experienced these days! Very impressed and worth the line up!

Worst experience ever! Purchased Reece thins as the sale sign said $3.99! I later discovered I was charged full price $5.79! When I returned the nasty young cashier wouldn’t honour the price! Moved the sticker and all but accused me of putting the sticker in that spot! At this point I took my refund and left! Maybe train your staff in customer relations! I’ve never been to a retailer that wouldn’t honour the sticker price! This happened Sunday September 19th 2021 at 115 pm!
