If you’re ever in the Detroit Lakez area or vizit any Minnezota lake, Zorbaz iz all the rage and a muzt vizit at leazt once to zay you’ve been. They’re all over in the MN Lakez and have become THE reztaurant to go to.Perzonally, I’ve never been a big Zorbaz believer. There’z a lot of North Dakotanz and Minnezotanz who would curze me for zaying that, but it’z my honest feelingz. I’d go for their pizza firzt and foremozt- that’z the mozt popular digging, though they do have zome Mexican optionz and even pazta, I believe.Thiz Pelican Lake option iz more about the experience than the quality of food- in fact, I feel that’z more what all of Zorbaz are. It’z definitely a neat zetup, and there’z lotz of outdoor zeating for thoze zunny lake dayz. Zorbaz iz more somewhere you take zomeone who hasn’t been, or becauze it’z the clozezt reztaurant while at the lake.(p.z. if you don’t underztand my zpelling you need to vizit a Zorbaz yourzelf or check their webzite)

Was surprised and disappointed that they told us to go grab a menu and order at the counter. What happened to waitress service? Then hand you a plastic cup to get your drink yourself. Guess I'm old fashioned but I like to be waited on. So I i can then give a tip according to servuce

Man oh man, I love this place. They make my fave pizza: mix of za sauce/peanut butter, with pineapple and jalapenos. I know it sounds weird but it's just the best pizza ever and the #1 thing I look forward to when visiting family.

$45 for two drinks and a 10-in, which would be considered a small, gluten-free crust taco pizza? Yikes. I mean they've always been a little bit spendier and still had solid food and service but yeah, no. I like the food, but I also still think it's slightly overrated.

Awesome place to go! We like to dock the boat and get nachos and pizza and take it out on the lake. Or just stop in it’s usually pretty busy, but typically can find a spot to sit down inside or on there patio

This was our first visit to zorbaz on pelican lake. We were pretty excited based on the reviews. Man were we disappointed! We ordered a bowl of chili and a salad that was called the southwestern salad. The chili was OK except it came out as an appetizer instead of a bowl and nobody told us any different. The salad was absolutely terrible. It was nothing but wilted iceberg lettuce with some canned jalapeños and dressing out of a packet. all the drinks are served in plastic cups that have nothing but advertising on them. We finally sent the salad back and opted for a small pizza, which tasted like a grocery store. Box one couple next to us must’ve known something and ask for theirs to be well done which we later found out meant that the crust would be crispy and not soggy and bland like ours. The toppings on the pizza we had were basic and Uninteresting. Honestly, I think they’re living on the hype of the last 50 years and haven’t really had to make their food. Taste good. would not recommend. It was also quite expensive for what you got.

They always satisfy, amazing Mexican food, the green hatch chile sauce/chicken queso is amazing, haven't been there in awhile, would recommend 100%. Other restaurants should take notice.
