Great experience! The owner of the company Todd went over the top and repaired my home door locks / hinges. All the repairs were done professionally.

I understand they have only so many people but scheduled a technician to come out Tuesday at 1pm. He didnt show and I called the office and was told that the tech was still on the job and not answering his phone. So they assigned another tech. 3pm still no one arrived. Kept calling the office and the phone went to voice mail. Tech finally shows at 5 and could not do the drywall repair as he did not have the drywall material. Got it done the next morning and got the lower rate but it took and extra day it should not have and the towel rack is not level. Will not be using them again

I called Mr. Handyman to fix a jammed window. Dave Thomas came out for the repair and did an excellent job. I'll have him back for more repairs. As a company Mr. Handyman is professional, responsive and care about the customer's needs. Highly recommended.

Brian, our handyman did an excellent job on several different projects. Not only was he skilled but he was also very nice. He was respectful and wore a mask and was willing to do whatever we needed. Todd, the person who handled the scheduling was also great.

I am really happy with the quality of all the repairs that were done at my house. Tom was extremely nice and professional. He did an excellent job. I would definitely use this service again. Thank you!

The specific handyman that worked at my house was nice enough. He was only able to complete about 60-70% of the repairs that he was asked to do. Additionally, he did some shopping for needed parts to complete some of the repairs, ended up buying the wrong parts (expensive), and I was left with items I didn't need and couldn't use. Now I have to go and return them? I just thought for the premium rates that I paid, I would get more attention to detail, and a wider range of completed services. Overall, not terrible, but not wonderful either.

We needed someone to hang a slab door so we needed the hinges morticed, door trim to fit and the locksets drilled. This was completed, however our handyman did not have sawhorses to work on and instead used ladders at one point, and our old door at another. Because of this, there are a few gouges on the new wood door, and the old door is now quite banged up and rather than donate it, we will likely now scrap it.I wish he had inquired before he began, as we have sawhorses and would gladly have let him use ours. Now I need to do some repair work on my new door before I stain it, and hope that nothing shows through or I may have to consider painting it, which defeats the purpose of changing the door.Perhaps each technician should be equipped with standard equipment normally required for this type of service. I realize that not all equipment/tools can be carried to each job, but sawhorses seem quite standard to me.

I had a 2nd story awning removed, which three other companies refused to do because it was on the 2nd story. Customer service and followup was excellent, the technician was on time and got the large awning off in record time for a very reasonable fee.

I needed repairs on a storage unit, as well as help in unlocking a frozen" lock on a storm door. I had scheduled the repairs on the storage unit in advance... but the "frozen" storm door problem that came out of nowhere.I had contacted the manufacturer of the door and was basically sent instructions to do my own problem solving. I contacted Mr Handyman to get some deck boards replaced on our front porch deck and have it power washed and sealed. Nick Nieman was Mr Handyman that came to do the work. He was thorough. knowledgeable and understanding of all issues needing resolved. Nick took the time to show us and explain his findings before he went to work to do the repairs.He worked very steadily, and when the work was completed it was very, very nice and looked almost better than when wed first had the deck put in. I plan to contact Mr Handyman for more services in the future. Mr. Handyman is just what I have been looking for for a while. I am greatful to have found them. ,
