We usually order takeout from Koi. Overall we have been very satisfied with our order and the quality of the food. We always take advantage of their 25% discount.My wife and I tried their all you can eat dinner back in october. The food was good, but the service was not the greatest . It looked as if the waitress was avoiding our table since we did not order alcohol. The owner looked as if he was not happy that we did not order the cheap bottle of wine ( not a good one at all, trust me) that he was offering with the special. We left the place still hungry and not pleased with the service. We will continue to order takeout ( in fact, we order at least once a week), but we will no longer dine in.

I love Koi sushi. Definitely one of my faves in Windsor. However, if you're ordering takeout (Skip Dishes, Door Dash, etc) keep in mind the quantities are VERY small. I would basically only recommend dining in for all you can eat. This way you can order at your discretion. Otherwise, they seem to be stingy with the portions. I attached a photo of what I ordered. It's called beef negimake and it's listed for 12.00. I wouldn't mind paying that price if I didn't get two bites worth. If you're looking for the same quality, but in larger portions, and for the same price, try ordering from Kona Sushi! But again, I would recommend Koi for all you can eat.

We ordered here for the first time last night. Considering we only ordered rolls and chicken teriyaki for takeout, I found the $80 total expensive as there was no sashimi or sushi included. The California and rainbow rolls used imitation crab meat for the middle which was pretty under whelming. The online ordering, speed and accuracy of the order were top notch. For value and quality there are better options out there.

There were a few dishes I really liked, but overall, I found the food to be middle of the road, with limited options. All you can eat menu doesn't include sashimi, which is an extra dollar per piece.

I didn't like everything. The sushi was all salty even without soy sauce. The cola was diluted to the point where you couldn't taste it. Right at the workplace, the sushi workers started arguing with each other and it was very loud. It was also very dirty inside. There is black mold on the ceiling which is dangerous to health, there was a thick layer of dust on the table on the lamp as well as on other interior items.I regret that I left $76 in this place.

First time going there, it was very busy and only one server helping all tables so we waited a really long time to get the food. The sushi was amazing though, best sushi I’ve had so far and they have a great menu! The server was nice but service was super slow and we only got most of our order when everyone in the restaurant left :(

Delicious Sushi. Very affordable! My favourite is vampire rolls and Las Vegas rolls. I take advantage of Uber Eats deal with BOGO for these orders.

My friend recommended this place and we ordered takeout. The sushi was fresh and they have a lot of creative rolls. I'm just not one for cream cheese or fried sushi which was in a lot of rolls. I will try again and look for more traditional items.
