Gap is a classicMaybe not the best of the best, but the beat in its league

They advertise 40%+10% discount on everything, but their « in clearance «  is just 10% to 20% marked down, and they don’t discount it anymore! This is false advertisement. An in clearance shirt priced 85$, was marked down to 75$, when if it was a regular item it would be around 50$. It doesn’t sound right, I am very unhappy

I use to frequent the sales often at this location, often finding jems for $15 ,$20 dollars, or even cheaper like $10 dollars for corduroy pants. It seems like the golden era of 10 years, good deals is gone, because it went from like $10 dollar mens corduroy pants on sale now to $80 on sale?! for the same pants on the sale racks literally over night all the sale items including shirts have literally tripled or quadrupled, bummer i did spend a lot of money there over time but now i don't at all or bother really adding gap to my visit when im at the shopping centre, far cheaper better deals elsewhere in the mall, save your cash!

purchased a shirt and realized i would like to have it swapped with a different item in store that i saw online. i go to return and i was told it can easily be swapped. started doing the process and was told it can’t be returned without the tag. i had just purchased the shirt not even 30 mins prior to this and also remember bringing the tag into the bag. not a pleasant experience.

The staff at this store are amazing. Honestly, I'm blown away every time I visit at how efficient, pleasant, and helpful they are. The store looks so much better now, too: organized, well laid out, etc. There was a time when it was kind of a mess, but no longer. Really, it's a pleasure to shop here now.

Really hoped to just get some normal shirts without weirdly long cuffs or strange cut-off bodies, but no luck. It seems that getting classic clothing that isn't strangely styled is nearly impossible.

Some of their items are a bit pricy but the staff are helpful and friendly and I am always able to find exactly what I'm looking for. The store is neatly spread out and organized as well.

Store is quite disorganized, particularly in the pants sections. Many pairs are missing tags and the sizes and cuts are way out of order.Annoyingly, I went to exchange a pair of slim fit khakis I bought on sale just over a week ago (all tags still attached with receipt). I tried to exchange them for a skinny pair of the same pants rather than a slim pair, and was told I’d have to pay an additional charge of $17. I explained that a week ago, they’d been on sale, and I’d bought a skinny and a slim pair each for exactly the same price, as seen on my receipt. Apparently their being a different cut of the same pair of pants makes it void for them to be exchanged at the sale price of the original pair. I’ve done this same kind of exchange before at the Gap Factory store with no issues.Anyway, I ended up just getting a refund–so the Gap lost $30 rather than the $17 (which wouldn’t itself of even been a loss since they were on sale at that price a week before). Seems like a pretty nonsensical policy to me.

decent store good sales sometimes, but dear lord i don't think the dressing room walls have ever been cleaned since opening they are all filthily with grime and goo, every-time i try stuff on im scared to use the hangers and have clothes touch the walls. yikes!
