I have a small business registered with CRA but the office manager at this compnay was just unbelievable to deal with. I asked to speak to someone higher up but that info was a secret!I have been dealing with Uline which ships in 24 hours to my residential and business address.They are amazing to deal with!Had hoped to deal with a local company but Joannes attitude made it obvious they cant compete with Uline for customer service.
