I booked a treatment with Erica addressing mostly upper body concerns and she helped me with all my body ailments. She is a good deep pressure therapist if that’s your preference. She is also very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Would recommend booking here

I have been looking for a great massage therapist, and I have finally found her! Erica Tremblay it's been great to finally feel relief after each treatment. No matter how long I go for, my visits have always been very helpful. She offers pertinent explanation and advice to help further wellbeing above doing a great job treating whatever problem area. Her knowledge and the quality of her service made me think she has been doing this for quite some time and not for a year or so! If you are looking for great deep tissue massage, she will not disappoint!

Best massage I have ever experienced. I enjoy deep tissue massage and some pressure points. The benefits of this are felt within a day or two. The owner is caring and attentive and treats you with respect. The massage is a bit pricey but worth every cent. She accepts insurance such as green shield and has debit. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Sometimes hard to book an appointment on short notice so recommend booking in advance
