Trillium College - Niagara Campus

I have nothing but great things to say about my program! (Esthetics and Spa Operations). Julia and Stefani both helped me with my enrolment and osap applications. They were so thorough and easy to work with, it was a smooth process. They left me feeling super confident before my start date, which I was super nervous about, but they definitely made it easy. Linda (the receptionist), all my instructors thus far, and my fellow classmates have been incredible and very encouraging. I highly recommend.

Worst college experience ever. Online classes are useless because they have teachers teaching 2 classes at a time. No help when asked. Don’t waste your money. Go to a regular college.

UPDATE: I really wish you would respond this fast to student emails. Please look up Sharon G. who was registering for the Medical Lab Technician. You have her info - please call her directly and explain this unacceptable situation!I'm extremely disappointed in this college's admissions process and governance as a whole. I spent SEVERAL months navigating unreturned phone calls, unanswered emails and slow updates, simply trying to sign up for a program. After finally getting registered with an expected start date of today, I was greeted with a student portal that did not have a schedule or any classes uploaded. Again, I had to track down the admissions person this morning, only to be advised the program HAS NOT EVEN BEEN ACCREDITED BY THE GOVERNMENT!!!I simply don't understand why they would even advertise a program that is not even accredited!! I turned down jobs, shuffled daycare and a lot of other things thinking I was starting classes today, only to be told this info THIS MORNING!!I would simply not recommend dealing with this college at any level, the level of unprofessionalism is unparalleled!

It has been a week since I started my program. Looking back at the enrolment process I am so thankful for all the support I received prior to starting my classes.I wasn’t born in Canada so I had a bit of a unusual situation because I had to wait for the confirmation of my Permanent Residency and then for my SIN. Even though my immigration paperwork was pending, the college staff treated me as an already enrolled student which was very encouraging.My Academic Coordinator (Julia) and Financial Assistant (Stefani) worked hard to ensure that I will have no issues down the road applying for OSAP. They treated me according to my individual needs and I am very thankful for it.As soon as my immigration paperwork was confirmed Stefani was proactive to help me finish my OSAP application. And Julia has been there for me regarding everything I needed. Whether it’s your documents, a personal issue or anything related to your academics, the staff is extremely supportive.

I reached out to trillium to better my education for a better paying job. I was first met with and amazing advisor named Paul ! He gave me all the info to some courses and asked a few questions on why I wanted to do the course ect ! After a quick chat we chose the best course ! Then I spoke with the financial advisor Sue ! We chatted about payment options & what suits my needs best! I chose osap as a best option but unfortunately it took time. !Paul & Sue were right there with me the whole time helping me answer questions :)Well todays the day everything got approved! Sue & Paul were right there rooting for me I could not be any happier with all the help they both provided me ! Now onto bigger things in life ! I can’t thank them enough!

Honestly the best scam artist promise you jobs, grants, a good education but in the electrical side of things it's a joke and should honestly be shut down since students are paying over 12k to learn everything they can learn on YouTube. I'll be getting a lawyer to look into this as its a rip off and will leave you financially broke.

I switched from one college to another , being trillium and loved the two special ladies Julia and stafanie that helped me with my enrolment process. They were so supportive at helping me through this big career move in my life!

I attended the Accounting and Payroll program. I now have a great job! Wonderful teachers! Best decision I ever made. I also met other students that are now lifetime friends!

I had my first massage with Misha, hope I spell her name right, definitely going to see her again, recommended.

I just successfully completed the 2 year Massage Therapy Program at the Niagara campus. I remember reading a lot of negative reviews prior to enrolling, and now after 2 years of being a student of Trillium College, I would like to change that narrative. Words cannot express how truly grateful I am for the gift of education that Trillium and their instructors have provided me. There isn't enough money in this world that could compensate the instructors for what they do and how valuable they are to the program. Anabel, Ashtyn, Charlie, Cori, Jason, Sam, Scott M, Scott H, Walker, Wynona, THANK YOU so much - you inspired me, challenged me, made me a better therapist, and gave me the CONFIDENCE to succeed. The staff was also beyond helpful and accommodating, which made the process a lot easier for me.I am a 36 year old wife, home owner, and mother of 2 girls (age 11 & 6). By no means was this course easy; every step was challenging for me, especially with no prior background in science. But with a lot of hard work, dedication, practice, studying, a positive attitude and reaching out to instructors and other students for help, I was able to graduate with Honours. I left the school on excellent terms. If you read negative reviews, I implore you to ask yourself, did this person take accountability for their own success? Your future is YOURS! Trillium helped propel me to where I wanted my future to be, and Trillium can do the same for you!
