Griffin Self Storage

Safe, clean and secure. We used Griffin Self storage to store all the extra items in our home so we could stage it to sell and move. We rented a medium sized storage unit on the 2nd floor and it's been easy to get in and out of. We will use Griffin Self storage again if/when we move to another home in the future.

A little over 3 years with Griffin and it is by far the best run company that we have ever used! Scrupulously clean facilities, excellent security, plus attentive great staff … we were toured through the facility originally by the owner and he leads the Team upfront. A great experience all round and worth every cent we spent! Thanks to the Griffin Team! In case you were wondering … we had a super 10 X 10 storage unit.

Very professional, great reception staff. The storage building is always super clean , ventilated. The fact we can come on any day until late and be able to use their dolly/trolley was perfect. We felt that the contents of our storage were always in a secure space.I will not hesitate to use them again and recommend it which I have already done! Thanks Leili, you were great!

I did a fair bit of calling around for storage in Vancouver, and went with Griffin not least because I was immediately dealing with the owner, and clearly with a very professional business man. I elected to go with Griffin sight unseen, because with storage, if it doesn't work out you just move. But when I got there, I was blown away, by the design, the attention to detail, the state of the art security and entry features and by the service. The owner showed me the wine storage facility he is bringing on line, it's absolutely genius for a market like Vancouver. The virtual office/shared office facilities are superb as well and possibly something I will require in the future. Having storage for my business right next to where I could run some of my operations from, minutes away from the seabus into Downtown, which is impossible to set up an affordable presence in, is not to be understated. Vancouver is a tough market.I quite simply think of anything that needs to be improved. They are just finishing up construction, but it's already functioning perfectly and I have selected the best base I possibly could for my work in Vancouver - price, location, ease of access ( I absolutely require 24 hr) and staff.

I phoned few self storage company on the north shore once I needed a service.The Griffin self storage on 3rd was so impressive, in sense of cleanliness, modern environment, friendly and cooperative staff. They even have super clean washroom for their clients! This place is super bright everywhere. Plenty of trolly and carts to loadFor easier transfer your goods.Oh parking spot right by the elevator!!I’m very picky but I couldn’t be happier with my choice. As a mature lady I must say I felt pretty safe in there. I would recommend this self storage to everyone who need this service with peace of mind.

The facility is clean, small and you can say it is comfortable. nothing wrong with that , however , - Wow..., the service and people are extremely difficult to deal with. At first, all is great and courteous however little mistakes you do, they are unforgivable. They do not inform you about the regulations but they still try to punish you. This is quite a spectacle. and arguments goes on and on, and you can't argue. Very unorthodox way of doing business. Over all customer service is quote disgusting. It is sad.Response to griffin responseWell Griffin storage people responded to my review. I think you can see what kind of people are they. The case that owner is describing is not my case, however it is very good to see them reviling other people had also problem with them. I am not the only one that had a horrifying experience with this business. Shocking behaviour.

very hard to resolve any issue I wouldn’t be surprised to see that maybe one person attitude might be off a bit. However, when you see that kind of attitude from three people in the office plus the owner I’m pretty sure that this is the culture of the business, which is very unhealthy.I will be posting more details about this business, as we are heading to court. At this point this is serious, very threatening and absolutely necessary that the public needs to know that this is the business join that should be avoided at all cost.

I've had a great experience at Griffin. The storage facilities are modern, clean, affordable, secure, and easy to access. The climate controlled wine storage area has to be seen to be appreciated. David went above the call of duty in helping me find a storage solution when I was under some time pressures. He is pleasure to deal with - a real pro. Thanks again David!!

Being new to self storage, Griffin was very helpful in explaining the process. I needed this storage for long term and wanted to be sure it would be secure and dry as a have a lot of books stored at the moment. The service was very courteous, all my questions were answered and all my queries sorted. I would definitely recommend them.
