Would NOT recommend this company. They said this would be a 2 day install. After 2 months it was finished". The structure leaks at all the seams (attached to house) and does not give you a dry area to have your furniture outdoors. They did not apply sealant at the attachment points to the house

Love, love, love our 3 season enclosure. We had one installed in our last house. From the minute we moved into our new home we missed having it immediately. We decided that it was a must have again. Geoff was a pleasure to deal with and Connor our installer and his team were amazing. We cannot recommend this company more!!!! We use this room almost year round with a space heater in the winter (on a bright sunny winter day we don’t even need to turn that on). It has become a bonus room in our home!!!!! We now have 2 neighbours having one installed. Highly recommend!!!

Very disappointing service and product. From the time of installation there were issues such as misalignments, leaking in multiple places, windows that don't stay closed, etc., etc. and were never fixed. It is a very expensive lemon.

We are 100% thrilled with our Suncoast screened in porch. Every part of the process was easy - the showroom is great, the builders are amazing and the customer service is 10/10. I have had my porch for 2 winters, and it looks brand new. I highly recommend them. It has extended our use well into December, and the spring is so fabulous with a morning coffee.

We've worked with Scott Byrne on 2 different projects, a few years apart, and most recently this past summer. Despite covid and all the delays caused by covid, Scott and his team completed our project on a timely basis. Scott willingly and professionally interfaced with another contractor working on a related project. Scott's team was on time, reliable, tidy, professional and polite. Scott kept us informed about progress and delays. Our screened enclosure is stunning; half screened roof, half opaque roof. We are looking forward to maximum use next summer.

It’s been over a year since our enclosure was installed and we continue to battle leaks, poor construction, damaged windows and doors and an overall lack of service that is appalling. For the money we paid, the final product is embarrassingly poor quality. If you are looking for a sunroom or enclosure, look to a different company. You will be nothing but disappointed and out of pocket by a lot of money if you choose Suncoast Enclosures.
