We ordered an extra large pizza and I believe this was the worst pizza I have ever had! I knew the quality for Popular pizza has gone down lately , specially from Friday - Sunday, but it was the same even on a Monday! Extremely disgusting! Instead of spreading “long onions and huge pieces of jalapeños” on the pizza, they might have just given the whole onion and jalapeño, we would have simply ate them by itself!All of us in the family were excited and thought of having something tasteful, but we are extremely disappointed and It’s super sad to throw the entire pizza!

The employees at this place are extremely disrespectful; I asked them to repeat my order and specified that I wanted a topping on one of them. I also told them to not burn the crusts. However, when I received the order, it was not fulfilled. There were all same pizzas with hard crust. None of the pizzas are edible. I called the employee and told her that they messed up the order and she started yelling back at me and was very rude to me. She even said that I lied about the toppings even though I have ordered from here multiple times and my order is always the same. The customer service at this place is horrible; the lady on the call disrespected me multiple times and did not even mention her name when I asked her. I asked her to redo my order and she said it’s not in the policy. I paid full price for inedible pizzas and my kids do not want to eat dinner.

worst pizza place and their policy,we did ordered a large pizza and told the employee that we need different topping on half pizza and different topping on other half, he said then we will charge you 3 extra topping on the half pizza,which pizza store do that?and we even not ordered any topping which cost extra,this is one of the stupid policy they have made and loosing the customers, this kind of business is a madness,plz dnt visit this pizza company there are many other indian style pizza store who are better then them.

DONT DINE-IN HERE! It’s dirty, floor full of food, a big pile of boxes on the top of the full garbage. People are not really smily but as long as I get my pizza tight that’s enough.I ordered tandoori paneer pizza, flavour wasn’t the best at this location.

We ordered a large vegetarian pizza and onion rings. Called to let the store know that they burnt the onion rings and was flipped on one side (as they attempted to hide burnt side). The woman on the phone was extremely rude and said the onion rings are dark brown" and not burnt. I do not have time nor the energy to go back to the store and argue about this. I highly recommend anyone who might be thinking of trying this pizza shop to skip it and go to a more established one. There are many in the area such as Karachi Pizza and DoughBox.This is not how to run a business

Had a team event of mostly individuals who loved pizza and some of them liked the spicy taste that some pizza stores make. As I was near to this location, this place fitted the requirements.For about $15 bucks including taxes you get an XL pizza with 3 toppings. Decided to go with Tandoori Chicken (counts as two toppings) and Onions and the other one as Green Peppers, Onions and Mushrooms as the other. The place lacks good customer service staff as you could barely understand the girl as she spoke English poorly.The pizza was ready very quickly and just from my observations, the Tandoori Chicken looked a little less, otherwise all toppings and cheese seemed good.The proof was in the pudding - all slices were gone in a few minutes. Either the team was hungry or the pizza was good, as none of them complained.

I ordered pizza and onion rings, they gave me burnt onion rings and burnt pizza my son vomit after eating there rings, I called office and they were so rude and told me to go back to store at 11.30 pm. When I went back to show there mistake DUMB OWNER talk to pick argument that this is head office mistake not ours why they sent you back and we can’t do anything. He should understand this is one company and you can’t be greedy for few bucks. I will make sure none of my knowns order from this place and pay for stale food. Very greedy owner.

❌Very rude customer service, gave us burnt stale onion rings and pizza . The girls on the phone kept disconnecting my calls and would not take my complaint . Finally after many calls They told us to bring the food back to there location to show at 11:45pm. Which was not possible for me as I have a small kids and can’t run to store to prove them that they gave us burnt food .There policy and customer service is horrible. The owner and the staff don’t care what kind of food they give you, once they have your money that’s it . I will not be ordering from this pizza or any popular pizza location and I’ll spread the word around . Good luck you greedy owner ❌

Not sure why so much negative reviews as We tried their chicken and shahi paneer pizzas on multiple occasions and never got disappointed. Good desi style pizzas freshly made with great taste, affordable prices.. Employees are humble and welcoming too..
