I went for a pick up after work and the lady who took my payment was so rude, I had a friendly attitude however she was not even wanting to smile! Also the pizza had so less toppings and it wasn’t worth to order after such long day at work!

Ordered takeout and did not receive 2 marinara sauces that I ordered. Ordered cheesy bread and it was extremely over salted. Called the store and manager said I can come in I can get my sauces. Really!! I live out of town. He basically dismissed me. Not happy amd wont be ordering again.

The last three times I have ordered pizza they send me notices for congratulating me on my first order and keep sending me emails suggesting I add to my one credit. Had a membership with three or four points when this new trick started. The pizza also seemed to go down hill some during this time.Been trying to respond to emails and send messages with but with no response from company. Figure I will just leave bad reviews everywhere for a while and order pizza anywhere else.

Ordered 2 new flatbread pizza. But what I got was not correct. Took much longer than it should have as well. They use regular pizza dough in the shape of flatbread. Also, both were under 4 inches wide, no where near the size it should have been. The staff refuses to refund me, and tell me that is how they make it. Called Pizza Hut, and told them what happened. Even then, this location refused to contact me after, and fix the problem.Edit: After a week, a true manager called me. Told me I can get a refund now, after the many phone calls I did to Pizza Hut.

Worst customer service in town.Had my order go to the wrong location twice, and one of them was not even close to my home or work. I order to work and home all the time, and never have I had them take food to not 1 but 2 wrong addresses. When I called they just kept saying that I have 2 address on my account, even though I selected “delivery to” that means nothing to them. Offered me nothing for my inconvenience. I refused my order and will not be ordering from them again.This place needs new management.

cancelled our first order because they didn't want to deal with our complaints (pizza was taking to long so we called to see where it was and apparently it hadent been made yet because our address was wrong but no one called to tell us that) then when we tried again they told us we couldn't order to our address because the driver had already gone there and didn't feel like coming back??!! worst customer service ever and worse management EVER
