Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Maidstone

Nothing to much for these staff. I had hire car it broke down! I had replacement with in 15 mins they couldn't apologise enough.

This is the worst Car Hire ever. Warning - Do not deal with this company. Many months ago I hired a car from here it was full of fuel as noted on the agreement. I drove about 2 km and it broke down in the middle of the road. They stole over $5000 from me for repairs due to wrong fuel in tank. It was not possible for me to have added more gas. After repeated emails, they continue to ignore me and keep my money. I'm from out of country and they think they have an easy mark. I had to click one Star but they should have any.

100% Recommend. Polite, professional, and prompt. I had to rent a transit van at short notice for a small job, and they had stock, and had it ready quickly and easily. I thoroughly recommend using this branch of Enterprise. Many thanks!

Please take the pictures of all tyres before leaving their sites as I have been asked to pay 100 GBP for none of my fault only mistake I made was not taking pictures of tyres before driving off and has been ripped off by 100 GBP. If it was my fault I would have accepted but paying for something you have not done is not acceptable. I will be raising this concern with their senior management.

I booked a car through Enterprise for £200 for a four day hire which seemed great value. Lovely staff and super service, but when I got there I was told that although the hire included insurance, there was a £1,500 excess. Wow, that's some excess. I was told that even if it was someone else's fault, I had to pay this. I could of course pay an extra £15 a day for the silver package which reduced the excess to £100. Sure, so now the rental was £260 for four days and I could of got it cheaper elsewhere. Lovely staff and great service, but the insurance upsell is not nice and not transparent. I won't use them again for this reason. Staff are lovely though and service was fantastic. Car was great and apart from the insurance scam the rest of the experience was great

AVOID! Atrocious customer service like nothing I’ve ever experienced. Manager was so rude, he was shouting at me when I returned the car because I extended it on the deposit, something they’ve previously done. Then he finally said“I advise you don’t rent from us again”I was gobsmacked.Oh! They will do anything to take your deposit!

I would trust the negative reviews and disregard the fake 5 star reviews because they have to be fake!This particular branch has terrible customer service, I’ll tell you that much. Terrible!They would do anything to keep your deposit, like they did us. Charging twice the amount, then deducting from the deposit. I’ve had better experiences at other branches.

Helpful staff and a great car made for a one of the easiest and best experiences renting a car and I have hired many. Recommended

I must have rented 4-5 times from the Maidstone branch. Every time has been hassle free, and frankly, I don’t even think about hiring from anywhere else.The Sittingbourne branch is just as good.

I have never been insulted to this extent by anyone.(Cutting the long story short) Booked a car, called me 5 hours later to postpone.That cost me 120 in taxi fees. Still went to pick it up. Upon return, kept on lying about how I am always returning late charged an extra £108, went off topic and advice not to rent with them. The hypocrisy is beyond words. The experience was like speaking to a dead horse.Completely deluded branch Manager. I will ensure I follow up with this case as high as I can and will Raise a dispute with my bank. The company itself is putting a lot of effort in meeting customers needs but when you have managers in charge who don’t care about loyalty, are extremely rude and above all don’t listen. Then there is a big problem. It is extremely disappointing, rude and borderline very insulting service.I will update shortly.
