Canada Post

This place scams you and adds extra charges and services you didn't ask for, avoid avoid avoid! If you try to send anything via Express or Priority post, make sure to triple check your receipt. I went here to send mail across the country and they added a 2$ 'signature required' on top of the regular 21$ charge. The place I was sending it to specified not to include 'signature required' as they receive hundreds of pieces of mail. The lady processing my order didn't even ask if I wanted signature required. This lady's greed could have resulted in my application being rejected for not following the mailing instructions (which works have cost me thousands of dollars).Do not go here, buyer beware.

Worst service ever. Jane is rude and unresponsive. Wouldnt look up when we walked in or asked her a question. The post office doesnt even have basic services such as tape and scissors. Jane told us we'd have to buy tape if we wanted to use it. What a joke, would not recommend. Close this place down.

What a lovely experience entering this special post office that is also Jane's Tea Garden. The atmosphere and aroma of tea were great and Jane welcomes everyone with a smile. I couldn't resist and bought a nicely wrapped Rose tea box. The tea was tasty and calming. Who would have thought that a post office can be so much fun!

Worst post office I have seen, both before and change of people.My notification cards usually says available to pick-up after 5pm today, but Jane does not scan the new parcels until the next day NOT morning, but afternoon.Because of that, I often need to wait one full day before I can pick up the parcels even though the parcels are usually marked as express.

I would give zero star if possible to the old man with glasses who works there. He doesn’t know how to do his job right and come with an attitude.He can’t figure out how to change the address, can’t figure out how to change the insurance etc etc …..If he can’t do a simple job like that on the Canada post computer to send a package, he shouldn’t be working alone period.

Awful. Lacks professionalism and helpfulness. I went in to get my package 4 times (starting from the day it was suppose to arrive at the post office) and all 4 times I was told that it wasn't there. Refused to answer any of my questions and just gave me the number to Canada Post's Customer Service Line. When Canada Post went to check where my package was, this post office apparently sent my package back to the sender 2 days after it was received!

They lost my return package...isn't this illegal?The lady couldn't scan the Amazon barcode properly so she typed it in and as a result it never fully processed after she took my package.I lost $70 worth of a high value item return due to the incompetency of the worker??? Who is going to give me my money back???I will be messaging corporate, I even have a receipt of the return from the lady.Since Amazon has never received my item for how many weeks, when it usually takes less than 5 days at Shoppers Canada Post.Scammers and I will be contacting my lawyer.

I came to this location bc I have no choice,Idk why canada post always send my package to this location to pick it up,I’m so sick of it I prefer to pick it at shoppers that opens till 21:00 instead this location closed at 18:00.also do not drop off your package at this location they even not scan ur package.

Don't bother setting up a Canada Post Flex mailbox account at this post office. They'll receive your package but won't notify you that it's in.Staff told me I had no packages for pickup under my Flex account, despite tracking emails, from a retailer, confirming delivery. No explanation and staff didn't even bother looking. I contacted the retailer saying the package didn't make it to its destination; the retailer refunded my purchase as a lost package.I show up two months later to pick up an unrelated delivery and am presented with the supposedly-lost package from before in my Flex mailbox account.No calls, no emails (contrary to how the Flex mailbox system should work), no appologies, and no accountability.Now I am sending the package back to the retailer (the right thing to do) as a result.

Both workers at this post office were very helpful to me, both on the phone and in person, when I visited to purchase a money order. I was new to Canada and they were very welcoming and accomodating. I will definitely be doing business there again.
