I would like to thank Peter from DF Computers for helping me today with some very challenging issues with 2 of my computers. He fixed them quickly and efficiently and I am so happy. The service was great and the price was very fair. DF Computers has helped me a number of times over the last decade and I trust them. Thank you DF and thank you Peter - Happy New Year :)

I had a very poor experience here the other day. I brought in my apple mac book pro repaired and they told me it would be ready within a couple days. A week passed and I still received no phone call from them what so ever. I called them and received a ton of attitude and disrespect from the employee answering the phone. I went into the store and he told me the laptop wasn't ready still. I told them I wanted to take my laptop somewhere else and he became extremely defensive and rude to me. He ignored me and helped other customers that came in behind me. I had to keep interrupting him to receive acknowledgement. He finally gave me back my lap top and I observed that there was screws missing and scratches all over it. my power cord also was damaged and I personally don't believe that it was even the one that I brought in. I will not be returning to DF Computers and I will not be recommending this service to anyone I know. Very disappointed.

They have repaired my phone twice and much cheaper then the phone shops and done my home computer been very happy everytime

I use this place to fix my electronics for 2 years. My PC, my phones, my Mac and my game console you name it. They makes some mistakes sometime but finally they never let me down.I must say I love this place. It provides Niagara Region a place where we can fix our electronics devices. More importantly, the parts that they are using for fixing are always in good quality.

They fixed my computer, and applied a new screen protector on my phone on my way out , all for $100 :D Amazing fast service, reliable, and good customer service! If they don’t have it they know where to order it from!

My old phone screen broke and i brought it in. They said they only had one replacement and it was being held for another repair. I mentioned at the beginning I usually only have one day off, they called me and told me they were able to fix it that day. It's been at least five months, and it has worked great since.

I went to them with system freezing issues for my MacBook. They said that they could reload the system but on further investigation they found that there was a problem with hard drive. They then recommended that I shouldn't replace it given that my Mac is really old and the expense of replacing the hard drive wasn't worth it. I appreciate their honesty. Would highly recommend them!

I had issues with my laptop with the screen being black. Brought it to a big box computer store first and they told me that it was my battery. Knowing a little bit about computers, I knew if couldn't of been the battery, because I was working on my laptop using battery only as my laptop wasn't charging by the outlet. So I went for a second opinion and I went to DF Computer Centre on Louth Street..and viola...fixed. They were amazing and the women who helped me was friendly, easy to talk to and she made me feel very comfortable, she was patient while I asked so many questions. I would recommend bringing your laptop computer issues to them. My laptop was fixed less than two days. Thank you.

We have had DF replace a few iPhone screens. They do great work and stand behind their installed items with a warrantee. Their people are very helpful and they are always pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend DF to anyone needing help with their electronic device.Thanks to everyone at DF !Rich
