I purchased a new MacBook Pro from Restart that later had an issue with the screen. Apple, who is usually outstanding to deal with, weren't able to help me in a timely manner, and another local store that I wont name wanted to charge me a fee to even look at my computer...so I took it in to Restart (I hadn't realized that they are Apple certified for repairs, but they are).I felt like they got the problem right away, and they literally just took care of it. 3 days later I have my computer back. It had been expertly repaired with a new shipped in part, all under warranty. Robin who worked on it was courteous, professional and personable. I have already recommended them to a few other friends and businesses I know who use Apple computers. Thanks guys...great business.

I highly recommend this company! I had my iPhone battery replaced there. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Your staff were all great! I went in to have my battery replaced in my Macbook Air and they did it quickly and it cost $180. No hassles and the cost was upfront. I appreciate the next day turn around time (I dropped it off literally 10mins to close). I noticed they also gave my laptop a proper cleaning/wipe down. Thank you :-)

Robin was wonderfully knowledgeable about the iPhone 14 Pro repair and provided such friendly service. He knew all about the seal and how to get the device back to factory standards. Further more he worked very fast and flexibly with my complex schedule.Thanks for all your help it was a great customer experience.

I had a problem with my IPhone. Apple support booked me in with ReStart. Please support this business! They provided excellent customer service- efficient, honest & knowledgeable. It would have been a one star if I had given the dude any money. Luckily my credit card was declined - magnus “Deus exmachina”. I don’t envy the stress and challenges of running a storefront business in this day and age so not every hit is gunna be a winner but I did get a look at the “2 sides” of a business transaction for this profiteer - I mean proprietor. In the first situation I had a computer problem that Apple may or may not cover and possibly some $$$ for repairs or replacement. After I had made an attempt to purchase a new laptop and my cc was declined then exiting the store to “call the Apple 1-800”. I came back to inquire about the repair and was met by the other face of the same man. Not willing to be helpful or spend another second of his precious resources on a girl w a credit card decline.

Brought my MacBook Pro here for a battery replacement along with some other recall repairs and Oliver gave me great customer service and got my laptop back to me the same day the parts arrived in Victoria. Oliver kept me updated along the way when he was diagnosing the issues with my laptop, ordering parts, and completing the repairs. Thank you guys for being so fast and professional.

I had a fabulous experience with ReStart Computers. They saved me a lot of money, fixing my Ipad that had a cracked screen. ReStart Computer Inc was fantastic. Oliver, who repaired my computer, was very friendly, knowledgeable, explained my options for my repair very clearly, answered all of my questions regarding issues with my computer, and kept me up-to date regularly on the status of the repair, and returned my computer promptly and during the timeframe he anticipated for repair. He is fantastic, and extremely skilled in his craft. My Macbook Pro computer has been returned in beautiful condition (and even cleaned!) and looks brand new. I had not previously realized this, but only certain computer repair stores are certified by Apple. ReStart Computer is indeed certified (you can check the Apple website to confirm which stores in your area are certified by Apple as dealers or repair stores), which is critical so that the repair store is in direct communication with Apple and to ensure you receive the best repair options available through Apple.

Stoped into ReStart because my I Pad Mini was frozen and a fellow with magic fingers had me on my way in minutes. A huge shout out to competent friendly service.
