The team at Simple Strokes just completed our cabinet refinish. We could not be happier with the outcome. Aaron and Adam completed a major painting project in our 84yr. old house. The work included filling many holes in walls left from having the walls insulated in our living room, computer room and entranceway. They painted previously stained wood work and cast iron radiators as well as walls, ceilings and trim. Their attention to detail, use of high quality products and skill resulted in a completed project that we are very pleased with. This is our 2nd project with Simple Strokes and we highly recommend Aaron and his team.

We hired Aaron and his team to paint our 3,000 sq foot new build bungalow thinking he’d be equipped to do the job. We agreed to start on October 24 but he delayed us twice, not actually starting until November 7th. We had started discussions back in April about the project with the intentions of having adequate time for planning this project because of how many moving parts there are on a new build. He assured us he’d finish still on time. Not only did Aaron over promise and under deliver with offering to have a certain amount of guys working overtime on this project to make up for the delay, he yelled at my husband for asking questions about the timeline and making suggestions on how we could move things along quicker. I was shocked to hear this! Because he started late, other trades were moving along in the build (on schedule) creating more crossover in workspaces than he had planned for. But had he kept on schedule, or perhaps worked full days to try to make up for time, there wouldn’t have been an issue. After all this he said he’d be charging us more now because he’d have to tape more areas, but he wouldn’t have had to do that if he started when he was supposed to!Instead of working together to come up with a solution to get us to the finish line, he walked off the job. I believe that has a lot to say about a business’s level of professionalism and maturity.

Aaron and Nick’s crew did an outstanding job from start to finish for my studio! From start to finish they provided a very easy and welcoming attitude and their work was phenomenal once I saw the finished product. Would highly recommend this crew to any home or business owners looking to make a change to their properties!

I don't know how to explain how meticulous and clean and professional this crew is. From the first stage until the last stage, communication has been beyond excellent. I cannot describe how pleasing it was to know they took care of my place and kept it tedious throughout the whole paint project (1750sqft basement). Incredible amount of detail and value with this team. I cannot describe how well the paint and trim/doors look, it's breathtaking as cheesy as this sounds. Thank you guys, I miss you, I loved the tunes and I cannot wait to have you guys back once we are ready for the upstairs. You guys are beyond fantastic and professional and fair priced. We had a great experience using Simple Strokes to paint our kitchen, living room, hallway and bedroom areas. They kept on top of communication and even scheduled our project ahead of when we originally thought it would get done.Our walls and trim needed a lot of work and they were very detail oriented and clearly take pride in their work.One of our coat hooks was accidentally put back in the wrong spot and they came back to rehang it and fix the holes in the wall, no questions asked.They were very friendly and personable and even hung out with our cat!Would definitely recommend Simple Strokes and would use them again!
