Resto Bar Le Shack
My wife and I had a ski-lunch break there, February 28th at 12:30 pm. This was mid-week ski season, so not overly crowded for lunch. We each ordered the French onion soup and the fried calamari plate as a share plate. We were really disappointed, the calamari was well over fried ( dark brown) and for the small portion( ie, a couple of ounces in a plate ) for 21 $ this was a downer, and barely shareable . The French onion soup arrived late and was more like a broth, we had to fish for the onions, and with one small crouton floating with a tiny bit of cheeses on top, hardly appealing at all...the two soups with the calmari and 2 beers cost us over 80 $ plus tip ! So for almost 100$ i felt we got a poor meal and a bad deal. Although the servers were fine and polite, i'm not sure if this was a bad day for the kitchen for them, but i am not returning, will go back to La Forge for lunch, when skiing in Tremblant.
