Value Village

I've been going to this shop for the last 17 years, I enjoyed going around sometimes I found really interesting things.surprisingly in the last years I found things are overpriced and I am not talking about my opinion but things i already bought for 4.99 were originally priced 1.99 on the back from a dollar store.I used to buy more thing years ago comparing to now

I love this location. It is my favourite store yet the only reason why rated solo is because it’s cleanliness as compared to other locations is substandard. The staff are absolutely phenomenal, kind, and helpful yet there is seemingly always merchandise all over the place. I do value in this village yet it requires a little more time to go through things as the gems of shopping here are not often found where they are suppose to be. I cannot reiterate enough how friendly the staff are yet my visits have become less and less due to its disastrous organization of product.

Terrible place to work !- No respect for their employees- Purposely don’t schedule you (when you give them your availability numerous x)- Change the schedule w. Out notifying you 24 hours- Too focused on diversity instead of having good staff- Awful management- Management has favourites- You have to plan your life around them- Dangerous customers- Extremely filthy, even where employees are supposed to have break and eat- They’ve had 3 store managers in less than a year

I have found great items at this location but you have to be careful what you buy. I've had some items with stains or holes. Luckily, they have no issue letting you exchange for something else. Just be sure to check everything properly before buying. Also a great place to buy discounted books. You'll find things you'd never find elsewhere.If you make a donation you can get a 20% off coupon as well.

It’s a mixed bag. on one hand I find Shein stuff priced much higher than better brands, on the other I can always find something cute and brand new. personally think this one has a lot of trendy stuff. prices are ridiculous yeah, but I thrift mostly for the thrill.

Went in casually to shop. Found a good deal and when at cash register to purchase the cashier was on their phone the whole time.I spoke to who I thought was a supervisor as they were speaking loudly of floor plans and shift breaks, just to be told they were going through a family emergency that was none of my concern.My only concern to this is why was that employee on staff working and not being sent off to care for themselves as needed?Best part of it all is that this person I addressed the matter to had the audacity to stare me down through the window.Take care of your staff better and have management who care on.One star review for the fact that I got a good deal on the product.

I saw the prettiest sales/cashier lady of value village. Anyways they got good stuff and very reasonable prices... check it out you won't regret

I always find the staff of this store pretty nice, but especially the ones who work outside helping with drop-off donations, I think they've consistently been the most friendly and smiley people there. I enjoy this Value Village because it's big and has good selection, but the thing is, ALL Value Villages have started charging way too much for secondhand goods, like it's getting to the point that for furniture and shoes and dress clothes it's almost worth it to just go get yourself something brand new for that price. VV used to be my favorite place to go and I'd go every week because stuff was so cheap so the stock rolled over faster, but now it's going downhill that way.

Great selection but many items same price as new. Men's dry fit t shirt was $11.50 while Giant Tiger had 2 for $12.00 brand new. Now I know why French people call them Village des voleurs!

Only thrift store gives back in store coupon when you donate. Only one where you will always donate items from your car snd not have to locate a parking spot 800 feet away from drop off ..carrying donations to their destination is not necessary but food banks are doing it in Cornwall.
