Daniella and Mike From Master Mechanic are the perfect example of what exceptional service is supposed to be. From my first meeting with them, I realized they are wonderful human beings ❤️. I was referred here by my brother (who also takes his car there for servicing). I got all my brakes replaced and serviced there and they did an amazing job to make sure it is running perfectly. In addition, if any issues fell within warranty period, they took care of my car free of charge. Recently moved to Ajax and had a car issue (tire, bent rim), discovered Master Mechanic. Email was promptly replied and appointment set.Mike is an honest mechanic with experience under his belt. He diagnosed the issue promptly, notified about the cost and completed the repair very promptly. I am very satisfied and would be more than delighted to return to Master Mechanic shop. Highly recommended. 10/10.

There is nowhere else that I’d trust my car. If you want the best, trust me, this is it. Mike is absolutely incredible. He doesn’t do work that isn’t necessary, & he keeps you updated. He’s the real deal.

Was hearing a weird noise coming from the front end of my car after just having the tire patched and was worried there was something else wrong with it. They weren't accepting anymore walk ins but Mike was generous with his time and looked at my car anyway. Everything was fine with the car in the end but I am grateful for his patience and willingness reassure me! Amazing service!

Very good experience here, will go again when I need car services. Daniella spent a lot of her time on the phone with me going over the details of different tire options and all of their specs. Mike and the team were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They replaced my tires and brakes in a very efficient amount of time, faster than expected. They also performed a safety inspection so that I could purchase the car from the dealership and made it a simple process for me. The pricing was very reasonable and fair. My car now drives so much more safely and easily in the snow! Thank you team!!
