KINA Construction

After having another contractor take the job I needed done and then simply NEVER call me back, I found myself in a time crunch having lost two weeks before my house went on the market. I called Andy at KINA and had him come take a look. Not only was he PUNCTUAL and friendly but the price he gave me and the time frame he finished the job in was fantastic. I had the pleasure of both Andy and Todd from KINA work on our project which was framing and drywalling a large gas fireplace into the corner of my rec room. They were prompt, professional and very fair on the price. I had some sensitive computer equipment and instruments in the same room and they took care of covering everything to make sure nothing was affected. When the job was done they cleaned up, shook my hand and that was that! Great guys, great service, great experience! These are your guys!

Andy and his crew came along when I needed a small job done quickly. In spite of its small scope, the job was still given attention and care. Andy is good with communication, detailed with his crew but not harsh. I felt that I was I good hands. The space was left tidy at the end of every day. I would recommend Andy and Kina for drywalling.

A small area of our living room ceiling was opened up for plumbing work. After we replaced the drywall, Andy and his co-worker painted the drywall with knockdown texture. They did the job professionally and left with a clean worksite. We are very much satisfied with what they have done for us.

We had Andy and his team, help to renovate one of our rooms at Ronald McDonald House in Hamilton.The workmanship was perfect the job was done very quickly.The site was left sparkling clean. We wanted someone to finish drywalling our basement ceiling. Looked around and also had a general contractor who referred Andy of Kina Construction. Spoke with Andy on the phone and we scheduled a day for him to drop by and assess what we wanted done. Andy showed up on the day/time agreed. Andy is friendly with a great personality. Identified some additional work that was required to fix up some of the work I had done. Happy with the quote Andy showed up with 2 drywallers (Mat & Michael) who did a phenomenal job in 3 hours. The following day Andy came by with Todd to do the taping and mudding. This went on for 4 to 5 days. End result is amazing. Not only was the ceiling beautiful, but the other “fixups” were done top notch. And they cleaned up as well. I must say Andy and the guys were friendly and polite. The job that they did was high quality and professional. I would highly recommend Kina Construction.

Andy & crew did a phenomenal job installing drywall for our basement, including bulkheads. They finished installing the drywall in just two days, followed by taping, mudding & sanding. I was really nervous for this part of the basement project as finding good drywall installers is difficult, but the end result looks amazing. Highly, highly recommend.

I recently had Kina Construction come in to complete a large drywall job at our facility. Kina had an excellent combination of price, quality and communication. Andy was great to work with and unlike some trades they always showed up on time. I would highly recommend them.

KINA drywalled and tapped my entire house (a raised bungalow). The whole main level is vaulted and the framing wasn't perfect before they started. They achieved a flawless peak, straight from front to back. They made my house look completely square. Martin was great to work with! Both installation and finishing crews were amazing, very easy to talk to if you have any questions or concerns and very much perfectionists. I couldn't be happier. My house looks amazing! KINA drywalled our custom home in Burlington. 4000sqft of perfectly smooth finish! The painters were impressed and my Husband as well. The guys were great to work with and they cleaned up before they left. We definitely recommend!
