MED+ Medical Equipment Distribution

My new pool lift was installed yesterday by Ronnie and Misha. It was such a positive experience. There were a number of decisions to be made and issues to overcome to find the right location for it. Ronnie spent the time to get it right and do all the extra work involved. Both men were good natured, and concerned that the lift met all my needs. This was definitely 5 stars plus from the initial contact to the finish.

Med Plus recently replaced my suddenly broken ceiling lift and did a fantastic job, IMMEDIATELY, responding to what amounts to a crisis in my world. A previously unknown client I telephoned and outlined the problem to them. Jim, Jenny, Ronny, and Misha professionally and swiftly jumped in and saved the day. I am extremely grateful!

typical of many medical equipment providers. the phone support is lacking especially around holiday times. they should try hiring some disabled people to work from home answering questions and taking orders. at least then they would get staff that really understand the products and importance of getting things fixed in a timely manner.I recently ordered a seat cushion for my wheelchair and after waiting for a week for it to show up. it arrived with the dimensions reversed.instead of being 18x20 it's 20x18 so not wide enogh and too deep. it'dslike I'm the first person to have ever needed to order a cushion for my wheel chair so theyt didn't know to ask which dimension was the width. now because it's close to new years nobody is available to fix the problem. this is not the first time I have found med plus's customer service wanting.

We recently purchased a porch lift from Med+. Ronny was open and listened to our needs . He was very accommodating to some of our requirements like keeping the current cedar railings on front steps and deck and saving my favorite Emerald bush next to the front steps that has been there for over 30 years. He modified the site plan and position of lift . Before we placed the order, we were advised of the timelines when the lift will be installed . They provided constant communication on work schedule and lift was installed earlier than committed date. The entire team , Ronny, Misha and Chris, who did all the installation work , was very pleasant, professional and so customer focussed. The entire process went very smoothly. I am very happy to able to get out when I need to. We would recommend Med+ to anyone who needs their services

Fast friendly service. These people go out of their way to help and make sure a request is fulfilled as quickly as possible. We had an emergency situation and a product was delivered within hours of the order being placed.Highly recommend them!

Richard recently fitted my 90-year old mother with her first wheelchair. It was a new experience for us and Richard and the Occuptaional Therapist worked together over many months to ensure the customizations were perfect and that mom was as stable and comfortable as possible. He returned for multiple vists to get the chair just right before he asked for any payment. We are wholly satisfield with Richard's knowledge and expertise and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of any kind of assistive device.
