I would like to share my recent experience with FlighHub. They have very poor customer service and irresponsibility can be very frustrating.I recently had a terrible experience with FlightHub when they changed my flight on their own at the last minute. I called their customer service line and was put on hold for over an hour before finally speaking with a representative. When I complained about why my flight has been changed, the representative was dismissive and unhelpful, offering no solutions and seeming more interested in ending the call quickly than actually addressing my concerns.Throughout the entire process, I felt that FlightHub was completely irresponsible and failed to provide even basic customer service. Their representatives were unhelpful, and the lack of communication about changes to my flight was unacceptable. besides if you consider filing a complaint: FlightHub doesn't provide you with any Email addressOverall, the decision of whether or not to purchase tickets from FlightHub is up to you. I would not recommend FlightHub to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused Flight. My experience was a complete disaster.

I don’t even want to leave a 1 star. They misrepresented that they represented Delta. They do not. They were planning to add a $400 up charge to my husbands ticket. They booked my husband’s flight incorrectly and when we asked them to cancel it, they refused to give a refund. They canceled mine and my kids flights that I had booked for 6 months WITHOUT my consent or permission which has to be illegal. I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with Delta getting it resolved. The agent who doesn’t speak clear English hung up on us 2 times. Absolutely horrendous communication, customer service, fraudulent representation and unauthorized abuse of their power to access client information.

I had an extremely unpleasant horrible awful terrible experience that was a complete rip-off. Prior to leaving, we decided to change the return date for my wife and kids. When I tried to access the option and prices on my account, it didn't allow me to do so. I called the customer support and they informed me that they would handle the change for me, but I couldn't see the dates and prices myself. To update the return date, they charged me a $200 fee, even though the range mentioned was from $80 to $200. I was frustrated with the customer support agent and requested to speak to a manager. However, he claimed the manager was unavailable and refused to provide his name. I didn't trust their ability to choose the correct date at the right price, so I hung up and called again. The next representative was speaking with the previous agent in their language, unknowingly revealing their ruse. The service remained terrible, so I decided to contact the Canadian airline instead. Unfortunately, they couldn't access the system. I requested that they make the infant ticket under my wife's name since I was returning earlier, but they mishandled all the tickets, resulting in me paying an extra $2000 due to their incompetence. This experience was truly awful, and I will never consider using their website again. Even if it were the only option available, I would choose not to fly with them.By the way all their reviews are fake!

My first interaction with flight hub was a total fail and scam.We bought tickets to Hawaii on Sunday but by Wednesday they (flight hub) cancelled the ticket stating that the credit card was denied. (It wasn't) they stated at first to contact our bank, but they would gladly would resell us the tickets for more money. when we questioned the sales person and told her that it was very unlikely that our card was denied she became belligerent, and rude, she blamed the the airline that the airline was unable to access the credit card funds (which is weird because I bought the tickets at flight hub). We received confirmation from flight hub on Sunday that the funds were good. finally she just hung up on us,After that we contacted a second customer sales agent, she told us the seats were now unavailable to us, yet looking at the web site we could see the same flights still available but at 60% than what we originally paid.Truly just a bait-and-switch tactic to take more money. Greedy company. Don't use

Flighthub messed up our booking! We already choose a flight after finally brainstorming for couple of months. We input our names and check it 3-4-5 times or more because it is not a joke amount! We are spending almost $10,000! But what happen when we got our confirmation. They messed up one of my daughter’s name instead of putting the WHOLE NAME only put “C”. We were told it is better to cancel it rather than wait because it might takes weeks for the airline to get back. And we were told that it is 100% money back, we will see in the following days if they really intend to give us our money 100% back or get some because of cancellation?! DUE TO THEIR ERROR! Or GLITCH. That is what we were told GLITCH!?!?. We got a recording to this conversation and I believe they also have on their side. If they fail to give us our money 100% the amount back we will bring this company to small court claim!

It was nice being able to see both flights of a return flight at one time and knowing the full price with taxes while choosing options. When my first payment attempt ended with a message that the flight was no longer available I was worried because I had entered all of my info. I did not get a message in writing that the order itself was cancelled. Anyway fingers crossed. When I tried again today I found a cheaper flight which I was able to book. Hopefully I have not double booked but I have received nothing to indicate that that is the case. I am happy with my fare.

It would be more appropriate to have negative stars, so consider the choice of star as a negative one. I couldn’t get away with a zero rating.Thank you for ruining our lives and not allowing us to make it in time to be with a loved one before dying. Thank you for the runaround and managers not calling back. Thank you for taking tons of money and then cancelling the flight. Thank you for not giving the money back right away because no one understands the difference between cancellation and authorization. You cancel a flight, you also have to cancel the authorization for the money you took. If we only had flight hub to use to get out of a war zone-I would take my chances in the war zone and go out by foot. Flight Hub is unreliable and take money BEFORE services are confirmed, then keeps the money without services rendered. Last time I checked-that is called fraud.

The most horrendous customer service I have ever received. Their website crashed and sent me a message telling me my flight reservation had not been successful. I went about my day after a frustrating second failed attempt at booking to later find out my credit card had indeed been charged for the flight without my knowledge. I realized the next day and when I called to cancel it as I had already rebooked directly with an airline, they told me they were going to charge me upwards of $400 for a cancellation fee. When I asked them to waive this as this had nothing to do with me and was entirely because of their website not working correctly , they were rude and aggressive about not wanting to refund. After going through multiple people and speaking with a manager I was told it was my fault for not calling soon enough as if I was trying to scam them . They ended up refunding a partial amount but I was made to feel like a criminal for asking. I still ended up paying $150 for nothing. I will never book through this website again. I was a loyal customer who would continue to book with them if they had or handled the situation properly with some empathy and professionalism.
