We love this new store! Great variety for my rodent friends! Lovely family run business.Edit! A few weeks later we brought home two of their Dumbo Rats! Gus and Theo have joined our pack!

Great customer service. We have a fussy eater home. Our puppy needed a change of food and we didn’t know what to brand to try. The staff at Pets Ave provided a great recommendation and our puppy is now eating more. Thank You!!!!!

What a fantastic experience we had looking for a parrot for my daughter! So friendly, knowledgeable and helpful:)) We now have a new member in our family and we couldn’t be happier! Cesar was very patient and helpful and answered all of our questions! We love our new parrot so much!

Amazing pet store!! I can't say enough great things about them. Cesar was an amazing help & took so much time to talk to me about lovebirds before we purchased our gorgeous little guy from him. Their prices & supplies for all animals are so great as well! Their cages are way better & bigger for small animals & birds than any others I've seen & they have so much variety. Thanks Cesar for all of your help & for having such a great store! Seriously, skip petsmart & go check them out!

This is an excellent place to shop for your pet’s needs. We have a long haired dog and we finally got the best advice and the right products to keep him well groomed and his shedding under control! They have a nice selection of bones, chews and treats at great prices. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Had been thinking of getting a bunny for my daughter and I and found this pet store on a kijiji ad and stopped by. As soon as we walked in we felt welcomed and such positive vibes. The owner showed us the bunnies and let me hold the one I was interested in and was super friendly and answered all my questions. I ended up getting the bunny I wanted and a bunny starter kit and will definitely be back to get more bedding, hay, food etc. Very happy with my new pet and it was such a great experience
