We are been customers of Smith Water Systems and are more than happy with their service. Jason is very knowledgeable regarding water quality, equipment and treatments. They really go above and beyond with customer service. Recommend highly.

We have worked with Smith Water Systems for years, They are a local family run company with many many years of well , pump and water filtration service. They are honest and fair !

Poor customer service. Invoiced me for a job that didn't fix my problem. Expected me to pay for another full service to fix the problem. For the second time. Threatened legal action against me for a google review (that I am now revising) in which I related how I had received information from a manufacturer, that contradicted information that they had provided to me. Anyway, unhappy.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BE WARNED !!! This company came to my house twice at my request to fix my water softener. After two visits nothing was fixed and they sent me an invoice for $245.00, I called and said what am I paying for ???? I have the same problem that I had before I called you. The response was we did the work you have to pay the invoice, I ignored this and a few weeks later I was sent another invoice with interest, now we are at $250.69. Then a short time after that it was sent to collection agency to collect. Feels like extortion to me, I would never charge my customer`s if I couldn`t do the job as I am in transportation.

My experience with Smith Water, over the last 4 years since I started using them, has been very positive. Julie at the office and Jason, the technician that visits us are wonderful people.

A little over a month ago we had an issue with the faucets, as the water would randomly start and stop. So we called someone before Smith Water Systems and they said that they would come by and check it out. After a few days they came by and they quoted us $1,500 for the water tank. When asked if they are sure, they said that it could not be determined and we would have to wait and see. So we asked them what if that isn't the correct solution, and their response was that they would then do another job that we would also have to pay for. So we said they we would look around, and we happened to come by Smith Water Systems. They came by the next day on time and within 30 mins not only realized that the problem wasn't with the water tank, rather it was because of the electronics within the pump, they also completely fixed it. They also took time to explain to me what the problem was and what they were doing, and were fun people to talk to in general. I have never experienced someone so professional and quick to get the job done. They quite literally saved me over $1,000 and since its been over a month I can say that the faucets have not failed me, even in the dead of winter. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Power surge blew our well pump. Smith water systems came out on a Saturday of a long weekend and fixed it. They even called their own electrician to get the pump up and running.

Great service! Nice people to deal with. Smith Water System installed a cistern system in our basement because our well was not keeping up. Now we have constant pressure and 500 gallons in reserve.

We have been using Smith Water Systems for over 10 years. They are fantastic. Maurice has gone over and above to assist us with our water softener, ultra violet bulb and any emergency situation we have encountered. He is thorough and takes the time to explain the situation. Julie is also amazing and has dealt with our immediate concerns quickly and effectively over the phone. I would recommend this company 100%!

Great job taking care of my well problem. Knowledgable and friendly, the guys were reassuring about other potential problems and answered all my questions. They have been my Well go to company since we moved here 15 years ago.
