Fantastic store! They have incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Special thanks to Haley and Andrew who helped me today with a binding adjustment when I was running short on time to get up to Panorama for a ski lesson. This is one of many great experiences I have had in this store.

Incredible Experience! My girlfriend and I went in and asked about rental twin tip skis, Andrew had both sizes available and freshly waxed! The most inexpensive rentals and the best equipment we could find, very helpful and knowledgeable staff!

Super nice staff when we rented SUP, helped us load the boards on top of our SUV. $45 to rent for 24 hours which included paddle and pfd. They were lax when we return the boards a couple minutes late too. Great selection of clothes, hats, and boards as well.

Great ski/board shop! Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a good selection of equipment and clothing. Good prices for equipment rentals and convenient pick up/drop off times. Would definitely recommend!

Misunderstanding with the pickup time for express waxing and sharpening. Syndicate shop was able to reduce the cost to the non express sharpening and waxing which was very nice and accommodating.

Meh. Went in with my family the other day. Spent 20+ mins in the store browsing goggles and skate boards. Not one person asked us if we needed help. Wasnt overly busy, and they appeared to be well staffed, yet we felt no one cared to have us in the store.It was a shame because they have plenty of variety and reasonable prices. My kids were looking to spend some of their Christmas cash.
