Very helpful and knowledgeable. Mechanic was willing to discuss an issue I was having with my car. Turned out it's not an issue. They seemed to not push unnecessary repairs or service on me. They seemed to be very honest.

Trustworthy and reputable local repair shop. We had Keizer review an analysis by another shop. Turned out we didn’t need to repair some things and they also helped weld some other items that could not be sourced at the moment. Hourly fees are very reasonable. Thank you Keizers

I love going to Keizers. Amy is absolutely fantastic at ensuring that I am not paying for more than I should. She goes through all of the effort to make sure that my third party warrantee doesn't try to pull a fast one, and she is amazing at it. The mechanics will look over everything and make sure that she knows, and tells me, what work I need done right now, what can wait a little bit, and what I should do when I can. The expertise and communication from Keizers is commendable.

Great staff, great service. On a Friday a few hours before closing when most other places were closed due to bad weather, and the ones that were open couldn’t fit me in, Keizer's Auto went out of their way to help me. I had an urgent issue with my vehicle, and they wanted to make sure it was safe to drive so they made time in their already fully booked busy day to look at it. They quickly identified the issue, and then worked with the dealership to make sure it got covered under warranty.

I got emergency break light on my dashboard, I called for service, they set up appointment for SAME day in 2 hr, they toke 4 days to fix both sizes brand new break installed, one day after I picked up my car got some noise when my rear wheels spinning around, that noise disappears when I pushing the break pedal, I called to let them know, expecting for warranty quick service , same quickly as the first time but they said are to BUSY gaving me date UNTIL 9 days ahead.
