The worst customer service! Phoning is ridiculous, press this, press that, invalid choice, press this....go to our live chat..haha...and no live person ever!!!!! Emailing my rep... never a reply. I miss Tina!!!!

Ordered my son's graduation photos. Website was easy to navigate and even got a coupon to use elsewhere for my purchase.

I ordered my daughters gr 12 grad pictures. 3 weeks went by, all her friends had their photos (and they ordered affer us). We are still waiting for hers to come. They offered 15% refund... very next day I get an email that if I order, I can get 40% off.Not happy at all.

I used the online chat to get a question answered, but they were no help told me to call the location close to me called no answer left message called again next day left another message and again no one returned my call and the photos were the next day .. poor customer service

The fact that this company comes to schools for grade 12 grad photos and charges insane prices is crazy. Firstly they are extremely unclear with their policies. They initially state the full price for the grad photo session is 40$ which does not include photos. Now they are charging nearly 500$ for you to obtain all of the photos taken of you? And they charge 95$ for a singular photo?? They do not need to be charging this much considering how many 12th graders there are in the city of London. Most parents can’t even afford this! Also the customer service is extremely poor and the people who came to my school from Lifetouch were extremely disorganized and rude.

Not sure how this company has the monopoly over the TDSB. They take such terrible photos. The lighting is brutal and they give terrible direction when asking the students to pose. Their prices are ridiculous. Seriously just take your kids to Sears or Walmart for photos.
