Needed a new harness for my CPAP mask. When I phoned, Kira said they had what I needed and had me come right in. Kira greeted me by name when I arrived, had all of my .contact info uploaded and the part that I needed. She really made my day.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They got me tested and set up with everything I need to succeed with my cpap therapy (including multiple mask trials and weekly check in to make sure there weren't any problems or concerns). They made the process super easy and for that I'm very grateful. 10/5 :)

Nothing short of amazing service!! I could use a closer location but the service Keira provides makes every min of the hour drive worth it. She is accommodating, knowledgeable and just overall pleasant to deal with. I have used IRS for more years than I can remember, purchasing my last 5 cpaps from them and can say without a doubt they continue to receive my business due to the service Keira provides. This independent respiratory here in langley is not as good as the one in boundary road burnaby, the lady was very rude when i ask question to her, and when i told her i bought 2 machines already then she start to be nice.. but still not satisfied not a friendly place to buy your cpap machine
