They were seller's agent while I was a buyer. Immediately after closing we found the refrigerator is not working and we mentioned to them. It took them a week to send a replacement which is significantly smaller and broken. We informed them but they stopped communicating. We were entitled to get a working refrigerator of similar size which they denied to provide.

It's been almost a year since the purchase of our 1st home since then we can't thank the Team of Jerry & Shelley Romano enough. Both were outstanding in all aspects.
