J’ai eu une super expérience à Rouge Vape Plus sur le boulevard la gappe !! Les employés sont super professionnels et connaissent leurs produits !! L’ambiance est très agréable et il y un un super choix d’inventaire autant pour les vaporisateurs que les vapes traditionnelle! Allez faire votre tour vous ne serez pas déçu!

They sold me the wrong cartridge. I had no idea there are 3 different types of Cliburn's, they never took the opportunity to educate me. So I was told go to Alymer location we don't stock yours here & don't do refunds. Drove to Alymer, they are out of stock. Went back to Gatineau got liquid that was $23 for 30ml, anywhere else I get 60ml for $28.Waisted my time, gas.Ps: Je parle français, j'habite à Gatineau. Même pas une question des problèms en communication.

Le staff ne sont pas expérimentés ce sont tous des nouveaux mal formés et le service est ridicule. Auparavant il y avait un jeune garçon qui travaillait là-bas avec une jeune fille et c’était les 2 personnes les plus incroyablement sympathiques. J’aimerais être servie par eux encore aujourd’hui mais on dirait bien que c’est impossible d’avoir un bon service de nos jours chez rouge vape.

Horrible customer service- rude and always chatting amongst each other before getting me what I need. Not trying to spend 10 minutes there when I want to get in and out and theres nobody else in the store. Also, nobody wears masks and says that “because they’re behind the glass” they dont have to, which makes no sense because every other store has plexis and still has to wear the stupid masks anyways. Was told rudely to “put my mask over my nose.”Overall I avoid this location as much as possible.
