Purchased two brand new Norco bikes and one was not set up properly and needed a brake cable replaced.I took it to my local shop for warranty work on the brand new bike and was treated like dirt. Contacted Norco corporate, Live to Play Sports and received lip service. I'll being paying myself to fix the problem on a new bike.Poor service seems systemic in the Norco organization.I have only owned Norcos; unfortunately after their treatment never againThey could have saved a decades old customer from what would be a simple cheap fix.

Live to Play Sports
Purchased a mtb Saturday, blasted the hills great bike. Wanted to go up 2 teeth on the chain ring and found out that they over torqued the center bolt which should have been 30 ft lbs. Causing the bolt to strip. I contacted support and their answer was you should have taken it to the bike shop. Sorry about your luck we do NOT deal with our customers we deal only with the seller. Sorry customer service.

I own 2 Norco bikes so Iam obviously happy with them, but they're customer service is non existent . When I did get a hold of someone with a technical question the usual anaswer was have you tried your LBS "

Great bikes, horrible customer service. Some of their employees need to attend a customer service class, so they learn how to deal with people in a kind and timely manor. I would have given a 1 star if I didn't love my bike.

Absolutely the best service I have ever received!! A piece of my Yakima roof rack broke so they shipped out a replacement part... which I received 16hrs later!! If every company worked like this the world would be a better place!Thank you Live To Play Sports!! you dah bomb
