the pieces are extremely small! standard pieces cut into 2 or 3! rip off!!!! the coleslaw was horrible and the gravey was watery. the chicken was so small that they were over cooked! i understand they wanna make a profit but ripping people off is not how you do it. the only good thing was the service. quick and friendly

I went to KFC. With my husband for lunch $25 later we asked for ketchup they said they didn't have any! I mean they didn't have any a month ago either, not only that I was scared to eat it I got 3 piece chicken with fries 2 of the pieces of chicken were so greasy almost looked like they sat in oil to long, and the other piece looked freshly cooked. I'm happy I didn't eat it, cause I am sure I would have been very very sick.Be careful when you go there!I know I won't go back ever again.

Got 2 stars because we got what we ordered. Otherwise a 1 star. Combo was horribly slapped together, fries were put in sideways so it all spilled. Got a large popcorn chicken which was 3/4 full, mostly breading not much chicken.I usually enjoy the tenders so despite the fact they “ran out and are closed” by 18:30 on 3 separate occasions I went back, dropped 45$ on 16 tenders which are burnt to a crisp now and once again pretty much breading with little chicken in them.This used to be a half decent location, now they are just rushed, rude, and seem to have no pride in their quality of food. Manager has dismissed me without even looking at me on several occasions.Next time I crave KFC will make the drive out of town instead of dealing with Strathroy and this location.

Drive through at approx 6pm. Chicken had no special herbs & spices. No flavor to the chicken at all and it was over cooked.

I’m supposed to go there many times.Every time they treated me very well and process my order so fast.If you would talk about the food quality that is 5/5 totally fresh and hot.I recommend everyone to visit at least once.

My big crunch tasted like it was from the previous days shift and then. Microwaved.

Ordered online. Changed and confirmed wanted iced tea not Pepsi 3 times. Still got Pepsi and no macaroni salad. Will think twice before ordering here again. Also chicken sandwich was thrown together pretty sloppy.

Just ordered the 18 piece feast chicken and five large sides get home and count the chicken I only got 14 pieces try to call the phone's always busy very disappointed in the service
