I had the Best experience ever at Beaver Valley Stone Langstaff thanks to BUZZ. If it wasn’t for him I would not have been able to place our large order for our backyard Pool project. I was dreading going by myself to place the order. However, I was greeted with a great smile from the moment I walked through the door. He was super knowledgeable, patient and very helpful making our project journey very memorable. I can’t thank him enough for all that he has done to help including locating products that know one else had ever ordered before. He went above and beyond what I expected. Buzz even makes follow up calls to make sure everything is going well. I feel like I have known him for years. I definitely recommend Beaver Valley Stone Langstaff, thanks to Buzz. Been coming here for a while every time we need to update the backyard the staff is friendly they don’t up sell which I like they don’t pressure you at all you go in and choose what you want for your house I think ppl need to be a bit patient every order is custom … you can’t go to a car dealership and say I need a red car and choose it for me you have to take the time and look around . Overall my experience here was great

Choose another stone yard for your needs!Garbage location, bunch of Liar that dont even know what product they sell, the name of the owner, nor his contact information, Tony Pacitto, its a shame what your company came down to. And why don't you post number for head office? Afraid? Well Tony Pacitto i would like a word with you about the fact that your lazy employee lie to customers, curse at customer, and the fact that your company thinks it okay to waste peoples time. Despicable service. Never again.

The selection of Natural Stone was impressive, they had everything I needed for my project. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Customer service is terrible, and their policies as welI, I bought extra material which I want into return, and I found out Bever Valley, takes charge you and deduct you, for return the items.They have a policy to steal from you, without consequences.

My husband and I were very lucky to be helped by Buzz at the Langstaff location. We came in blind to DIY backyard makeovers, but Buzz was extreamly accommodating by giving us step by step how to's and helpful tips. His patience with us and ALL of our questions was very impressive!Thank you Buzz for all your help getting out backyard summer ready :)Mary & Daniel

Haven't been back in a while, but Beaver Valley's been a great place for me to get all my stone needs done.. I went in with my plan and Jay helped me with every detail and I built my entire patio from scratch by myself. He saved me $$ along the way and to this day, my patios been great. I was even able to return some stone for a refund too! Stone work always needs touch up's here and there with crazy Canadian winters, but so far so good.. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if need be, just hope they're as helpful now as they were than with Jay. I see some reviews of people getting no help or frustrated, but people have to understand that if you go into a place like that, you should at least have some technical idea what your doing, or have done some homework! If you walk in blank and expect the desk clerk to mind read your whole build, forget it! They're there to assist"
