Deanna's team of wedding coordinators is beautifully crafted. Each person we worked with at OBEC was thoughtful and truly cared about what we wanted out of our day! Not only did they care but they were EXCITED (probably just as excited as my fiance and I). We could NOT have done it without the help of Deanna and Ava and we are endlessly grateful for them. Deanna and Natalie at OBE are the fairy god mothers of wedding planning!!! I truly can not say enough good things about these women, their professionalism, connections, creative ideas, communication skills, and execution skills. I valued a month of coordinator so that the weeks leading up to our wedding my husband and I could enjoy each other and not stress about the details. We also valued the input of professionals in the business guiding us through this first time for us experience. Deanna and Natalie did just that, ensuring organization while also celebrating with us along the way. This team has such a special way of listening to our vision and ideas and helping us execute them in a realistic and budget oriented way. Not to mention the amount of resources they have for brides (I.e budge tracker, guest list organizer, detail tracker, etc) was incredibly helpful. Deanna and Natalie walked with us every step of the way, and their value for the quality of their work is incredible. Apart from this, they are some of the kindest, most genuine people on the planet. My husband and I say our biggest regret was not just hiring them for full planning services! We are forever grateful for these ladies for executing our most treasured day. We love y’all!!!!

Before hiring OBEC, my wife and I were feeling really overwhelmed about all the remaining details we needed to plan for our 150 person wedding. We hired OBEC about 6 months before our wedding and Ellie, our awesome planner, was able to immediately put our minds at ease about where we were in the planning process and also provide us with some helpful plans for getting the remaining work done. She was so kind and organized that we knew we had made the right decision right away.Our favorite part of working with Ellie was how easy it was to ask her for specific help or advice and she would always say 'Yes, absolutely!'. She just always had our end goal in mind.I definitely recommend OBEC for wedding planning, whether you need just a day-of coordinator or a partial or full planner, you'll be happy you did. Working with the Olive Branch team was so wonderful! From the start, Deanna was so friendly and easy to work with. We then had the pleasure of working most closely with Ellie for our big day and she went above and beyond to help make the day run so smoothly! My biggest fear for the wedding day was my own nerves/anxiety the day-of around just the logistics of events, but having a coordinator was the best investment we made for our wedding and helped me feel so much relief knowing someone was taking care of the details. 10/10 recommend Olive Branch for your upcoming wedding :)

Hiring a wedding planner was the first order of business when it came to wedding planning for me! Without a good wedding planner, I knew I would be adding on more unnecessary stress (forseen and unforeseen) throughout the whole process of planning. I had the issue of wanting a tent wedding in WI, reconsidering the whole thing and wanting a city hall wedding in CA, to returning back to the idea of a wedding in WI in the end. Deanna was my other half (sorry husband!) the whole process from beginning to end and for this, I am truly so, so grateful I decided to hire her as my wedding planner. She alone was the best decision I made and I saw all our work and details come together on my wedding day which validated how amazing she really is. My favorite part of working with OBEC was how down-to-earth and responsive Deanna was. Planning a wedding from across the country in a different time-zone while working full-time proved difficult at times, but I could always count on Deanna to put me at ease with her advice and expertise and in record time. I would 1000% recommend OBEC services to anyone and everyone! There is a reason this is a profession and I personally found the planning services to be SO valuable. I am an organized person to begin with, but without a doubt, I would have been so lost and in over my head had I not hired Deanna. One of my favorite memories from my wedding day was officially being declared husband and wife and looking out at the crowd of our loved ones hearing them cheer and smiling back at us. I remember being inevitably stressed a few weeks prior all the way up to the wedding day and completely feeling at ease the morning of because I knew I’d be in good hands. Knowing how much detail and attention was put into planning this wedding with Deanna, I knew she would handle the logistics so I could focus on…getting married! Things may have gone wrong, in fact, I know they did. But I knew Deanna was behind the scenes and on top of it all and had it handled! This alone was worth every penny of her services. Finally, I’d just like to add that Deanna/OBEC has a super special place in our hearts and we would like to publicly announce how incredible she and her team are! Hands down the best planner we could have asked for.

Deanna did a wonderful job helping make our big day absolutely perfect. She met with us more than once ensuring every detail was perfect. The entire month before the wedding she was the go-to for all vendors- keeping everything organized and me stress free! Setup was a breeze with her guidance and a small army of friends. She and her crew broke down and cleaned the venue before I knew what happened. I would recommend her to any bride in the area. She was an absolute joy to work with. Love her!
