These people were extremely rude. I would not suggest you ever shop here or call here. I called yesterday and they did not answer, I called a second time and he answered. He yelled at me, cussed at me, threatened me. All because I wanted to know if they had a product I wanted to buy. So that I wouldnt waste my time making a drive all the way from toroto. Since all my other local stores did not have the product. I am extremely mad at their service. Horrible DISGUSTING rude people!

They have better prices then circle K or macs milk for smokes and snacks. The staff is always friendly.

They had a bouncy ball machine and I put 25cents in it and it took my money and it didn’t give us the ball so I was talking to the guy and he said idk idk and didn’t give me my money, when it took my money so then this nice guy gave me 25cents to me andmy friend so that’s why I give this review a 1/5 I wish I could of gave a -5/5

Does not nickel and dime for card payment transactions. I never had a problem of being paid a $100+ lottery prize even if it came from another store. Overall I have a good experience with this convenience store for lottery.

Lied straight to the face regarding pricing. None of the prices are printed and they charge whatever they feel like. Worst experience.When asked for return the same day within minutes they didnt take it back and said it covid so they cant.

Lovely couple runs the store. Very personable and sweet. Always polite. No matter how busy they are always kind. They remember people’s lottery choices too. I would recommend them highly.

I’ve never been to this store but when I called to ask if they sold a particular item, the woman on the other line dismissed me saying something quick like “come look in the store” (all I heard were the words “come” and “store”). She then hung up on me before I could respond or ask any of my other questions... I was pretty upset by this.I won’t be coming to your store after that interaction... Odd too considering how the other reviews of this place boast about how nice the people are... I must have got one of the bad ones, or perhaps she was distracted or stressed, or couldn’t hear me... I really don’t know... If you were too busy to deal with a phone call, you could have just asked me to hold, or call back later or given me SOME kind of debriefing.I’m just trying to help improve your customer service with this feedback, best of luck to you.

I wouldnt suggest shopping here, if you care about your mood and your day. These people lie, scam and they're very RUDE.

The man and woman were so disrespectful, they yelled and screamed at me. All because I asked the price of an item. Would never recommend coming here this store should be closed down IMMEDIATELY.

Indian guy working. Worst customer service. Never coming back to this convenience.
